I usually don't like to leave a bad review, but when I pay $85 plus tip for dip nails I expect them to last more than a day. I got my nails done on Sunday and they were already chipping by Monday. I couldn't go back to get them fixed as I left for a trip on Monday which is why I had my nails done. The staff was very pleasant but my nails are not. This was my first and last time going here. I will stick to my usual salon. read more

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD :( I decided to try this place after my former nail salon moved locations. I made a 3:00 appointment a week in advance for gel acrylic. I arrived at 2:55 and let them know I was here for a 3:00 appointment. I was greeted nicely and asked to sit on the couch and pick a color. At 3:02, a mother and a teenage daughter came in and they both were immediately seated at nail stations and one of the staff came over to me and said "just a couple minutes, ok?" 40 minutes go by and I'm still on the couch. Finally, around 3:45 it's my turn. They apologize that it took so long, but I didn't understand why they took two people who arrived after me, when I had an appointment. The manicure itself was also a horrible experience. The nail tech made me bleed (I have never bled in dozens of manicures before). She filed the nails way more than the length I requested. I asked for a square shape but they are all uneven and bulgy. In addition, the nail tech kept insisting I get more "pizzazz" like a design or sparkles, and as far as I know those cost more money so I kept refusing. Total came to $55 for the gel acrylic, and I've had better $30 gel acrylics done in slums in California. Very disappointed. read more

I've tried this place a few times but this last time was awful. Not only did it take over 1.5 hours to get a regular pedicure, the pedicure was painted was ruined with awful application and then they applied an oil after I spent 20 minutes drying, which made the nail polish wet so it smudged. They redid one of the toes but still awful. Then, their prices are misleading as they are higher and the explanation I got was that prices increased since COVID and they ordered a new sign, which I don't believe bc I have gone here at least 4 times in the last year and the sign is still up. I have been going to US Nails for several years. I even have a favorite nail technician. The last time I went in I got a very lousy gel manicure, and I had to remove it all as it was all chipped up...with the price of the manicure (gel) and a pedicure and a $20 tip. I won't be back, what a waste of money. I believe it was because the polish was old and watery and she never took all of the polish off from the previous gel, which no one anywhere has ever done. No need of this for the price I paid...I will find a another spot don't waste you money.... read more

They did a good job on the pedicure itself. My criticism is that we had gone for a mother-daughter outing and midway through our session, they split us up to accommodate another pair of people. Getting a pedicure together was something we hadn't done since pre-covid, and I only get up to Maine once a year so it was very disappointing. Didn't have an appointment and decided to try my luck as a walk-in on a weekday afternoon. I was immediately greeted and helped when I came in. They had a large selection of gel polish and regular polish. Pricing was very fair/competitive and they had a menu posted by the entrance with all the prices, I paid $60 total for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. All of the employees were so nice and helpful and my nails look really great! The salon was clean and I was in and out pretty quickly. I'd definitely recommend this nail salon! read more

I walked in without and appointment and was greeted nicely. The woman asked if I wanted shellac or a standard manicure and I went for a standard manicure which was $14, the woman who did my nails was around 50, she did a decent job but forgot the sides of my nails. I feel like I could have done a better job myself :/ she has sticky notes on the bottles saying which was the Top coat and which was the base coat which I thought was a little unusual. I went to have 7 out of 10 acrylics removed today. I went there because I didn't wanna tear them off and destroy my natural nails.. I go in, the place is dead.. One employee is sitting at a station with headphones in, playing on her cellphone. I tell them I'm there to have my 7 nails removed.. I imagined I was going to be sat down and have my fingers soaked so the acrylics would come off.. instead this woman took a nail and shoved it under my acrylics, forcing them to pop off! This was PAINFUL! As I told her... eventually I said "I came here thinking you would soak these off, so my natural nail length would stay and not ruin my nails... I could have done this at home for FREE.. my nails looks TERRIBLE." She said nothing... and still charged me $10 for the pain and destroyed nails. I will not be returning there. Their loss. Update: The following day I noticed my thumb nail hurting.. so I took a closer look, it was PUSSING. Whilst this women was poking and prodding to yank my nails off she was also digging with clippers. I have never actually done my nails here. I come here for their waxing services, specifically my eyebrows. They workers there are super nice and try to know something about you. The owner is really nice. Once you tell her something mostly an boutique how I want my eyebrows shipped, she remembers and always asks if I still want that. Unfortunately, she was not there when I visited yesterday. A part of me wanted to leave and come back when she is there but my eyebrows needed some TLC. The lady who did my eyebrows did a terrible job. There was no way to fix it. I still tipped her. Find one you can trust with your eyebrows and stick with them. read more

They were very nice and it was an affordable manicure (standard mani, $14 - $16.50 with tip). When I left the place my nails were looking good but they started chipping and went down-hill the next day. I'm on day four and three out of ten of my nails are still completely covered and not really chipped. After a friend exclaimed that she'd had "the best pedicure of my life here!" I figured it would be worth a visit. The salon was clean and very crowded, but even with only 4 employees working, we weren't left waiting for more than 5 minutes. We both got pedicures, and I thought it was okay, nothing really to write home about, just your standard pedicure. They did use hot stones, which was a nice touch, but for only about 10 seconds on each leg, so I didn't totally understand the point... but it was nice while it lasted. They do have a nice selection of polish, everyone was very friendly and spoke English quite well. This place was wonderful! The service was friendly, knowledage and got 3 of us in right away for pedicures. This has been one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I work alot and spend 10-14 hours on feet, so they get calloused and peeling frequently. They made my feet sooo smooth and touchable, which is the most important part to me. The smoothness has even lasted past a couple days. They did a beautiful french tip pedicure with hot pink tips and a clear coat (my selection). The polish hasn't even chipped almost a week later. They used wonderfully scented lotions and oils. They gave a great foot and leg massage. They even used some hot stones, which felt so nice with the oil. I will definately be back! read more

They were very comfortable and everything on them were working!! A lot of nail places pedicure chairs never seem to be functioning! These were great! She told me about a new-to-me spa pedicure she brought to this shop, and it was incredible. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because they are unsanitary and disgusting. Manicurist was picking the skiing on her feet while the person next to meet was soaking her nails. I had a powder gel and she tried using a fake nail to pry it off!!! She refused to soak it until I was walking out. Big mistake, I should have walked out!.. I came in just to get my toenails painted. The technician who was painting my toes, cut my big toe really good, it hurt when he did it. But he somehow didn't notice he did it. As he told me I was done I noticed the big toe was bleeding a lot. He sat me back down and tried to stop the bleeding. When he thought he had he told me he was done - and then I was charged the $15 for getting my toe nails painted. I wasn't offered a bandaid and walked out the door with a big toe that was still bleeding profusely. I had to sit in the car for a while putting pressure on it enough to then drive over to Walmart to buy a box of bandaids and put on three immediately.
