Unfortunately a father brought in 2 sons 1 who was super loud, screeching, & making other annoying noises at which time I was having icepick headaches. I wanted out of that chair. It only made our day from par to horrible due to the stressors. If you have a child who is going to be loud & cause stress you should call ahead for a private time or go to a place that is used to noisy behaving clients which is not what you want from a Mani/Pedi visit. Practioners would have been fathers better option. It was a bad day. My daughter's nail pointed toward the right, totally sideways & needed to be redone. She mentioned this but was ignored. It was late appt. times & it was obvious everyone wanted to be done for that day. I totally understand but stop taking any walk-ins if you aren't up for doing a perfect manicure/pedicure. The first dip was only 2 times & 2nd appt. time was 6+. It was unfun & I hoped we had found a new place. Bummer! 1st Pedi was perfect, unrushed & quiet. The man with the sons didn't use common sense, the spa should have told them we are not taking any more clients & it is closing time. Comment on talking in own language, yes, that's uncomfortable. It's like 2 sophomoric friends treating another like a 3rd wheel, this is annoying & not the best in business savvy. Couple things that would make a huge difference. 1. Remind all clients to wash their hands upon arrival. All the salons I frequent require handwashing upon arrival. 2. The salon itself needs a good cleaning for sure. Whether they do it themselves or hire out. It was looking pretty "unclean" when I had a mani & pedi recently. 3. During mani I was cut a few times. Tech apologized profusely and it happens so no big deal. Care was okay but not the best hygiene care I've received. A woman and her (maybe) granddaughter/daughter came in a couple minutes after me. She also had an 11 AM appointment and her company did not. The (assuming) owner/manager, took the woman and her company before me and told me she'd get to me when she gets to me. My problem is the fact she used the only open technician to do a walk-in appointment before my scheduled one. The woman is very obviously friends with the owner/manager, as they know each other by name. I wouldn't write this if it wasn't already 11:20 and it doesn't appear that I will be getting my nails done any time soon.

Then went for my dip Nails, informed them that hair color stains the gel coats that they put on, so please use the regular dip coat so it does not stain my nails as I had a very light color put on. Well, within 4 to 5 days, the nailbed edges of the dip were sharp and chipping off and stained! I have been getting acrylics with gel for years which lasts me a solid 3 weeks. i am hard on my hands- especially in the summer. I don't have breaks or cracks since using First Class where I did at other nail salons. I am now trying a new gel based treatment instead of acrylic. It is amazing! My nails are more natural and look great. I also access them for pedicures. They have a variety of treatments to choose from. Plus a massage chair is an added dose of relaxation. First Class is a great place to go for your nails and toes. They have all the best colors and services. Jenny and Chris care about their customers and their experience.
