Cheap on purpose. Becareful about getting an infection. 1. They don't use the right base for acrylic and gel nail so the nails chip within a week. Never in 20 years has this EVER happened to me anywhere but here. They also not only nipped open my cuticles but they blamed it on ME because they were dry. I have never had anyone cut a dry cuticle. It's amateur or mean. There was lotion, cuticle remover and soft buffer within reach. The cuts got infected made my fingers look bad and hurt as. Day 1 bleeding cuticles. Day 2 infected cuticles. Day 3 bandages on my fingers. Day 4 nail polish falls off - peeling and chipping. It was gel polish. Day 5 a nail fall off. Day 6 another nail breaks. I should realized this would happen when the nail tech offered to fix a nail for $5 if it chipped during the week. I thought, how silly because they never chip eat other places. Every year I give this place a chance again before tourist season. Every year it is just plain bad. They get a star for some of the staff who don't do nails. Tourists beware. read more

I go every 3 weeks. they do the best designs! There are so many amazing colors, the cats eye polish is really cool. Early morning is my favorite time of day, it's quite and everyone (even other customers) are all so friendly! read more

I was very disappointed in the spa. They had very few colors of polish and the ones they did have were near the end of the bottle. I have never seen a salon is such a meager selection of polish! I was shocked that it was busy! read more

I travel from Windham to OOB .. that's 27 miles... to get my mani/pedi's here. When I don't have the time, and I go to a closer salon I'm always sorry as soon as I walk out. I love this place, have never waited (even as a walk in!) and never have seen a hint of anything being 'unclean' .. exact opposite. All the employees are smiling, and smart. Found this place online while on vacation at OOB. They got us right in when we arrived for our appointment. Pedicures for my daughter and I. I highly recommend choice number 1 after the basic pedicure. They do a great job with the massage and even use hot stones and hot towels. This is by far one of the best pedicures we have ever had. 5 stars all the way from both me and my 13 year old daughter. read more

They carry a lot of different nail colors and they are experts in all type of nail products from dip to tip to full sets. I went to Lee Nails and wasn't too happy with my experience. I originally went in to just get my nails painted and I felt as if they kept pushing me to get something I didn't come in for and it ended up turning out very bad. The nails were very round and the dip on the nail was very bubbly and bumpy and just overall not what I wanted. I went to get a French manicure with a twist. They had the exact style of nails I wanted as an example at this salon. The only difference is I wanted the French tip in white instead of red glitter. Seems simple enough. After showing the manicurist what I wanted he said he could do it. He couldn't have been more rude. Every time I tried to ask him to fix something he would ignore me and mess my nails up even more. I have never had uglier nails! I would have asked them to be redone by someone else but we had plans and had to leave. I immediately took the full set off because they were so awful. read more

Checked this place out based on all the great reviews but my experience here was far from stellar. Just wanted a basic pedicure, no bells and whistles. The sign on the wall said a pedicure was $26, but the technician threw a menu into my lap and told me to point to the one I wanted. I pointed to the least expensive one on the menu which was $31. Confused about why the "menu" is different than the wall price. Regardless, I had a male technician who was extremely rough. Digging under my toe nails when I asked him not to and vigorously scrubbing my feet so hard with the pumice stone the entire chair and I were both shaking. Hardly my idea of relaxing. I couldn't wait for it to be over. The paint job was an absolute mess. There were spots missed on every single toe. After I paid and tipped him, he seemed disappointed with the generous tip I gave him that he didn't even deserve and quickly ran outside to smoke a cigarette. Won't be back. read more

This place is always so busy! Made appointments for 10am and they were ready for us. The ladies are so kind and do a great job. The foot massage isn't rushed and they take their time to really clean your feet during a pedicure. They tell you what you're spending and are honest up front!
