Paul greeted my wife with an umbrella as it was raining on our night out and walked her to the car, opened her door for her and made sure she was settled comfortably before returning to assist me to the vehicle. Paul was suited up complete with a chauffeur hat. Once inside the car, Voss water is waiting for you but you can request other beverages. I'm a social guy so I chatted up Paul and he is a great person to speak to if you don't want to just sit quietly. Very polite and easy to speak to. Also a very important part of this review is to say that Paul is a great driver and I felt safe every moment of the drive. You can tell he has a passion for the road......Now let's get to the car......This car gets you there in so much style its selfishly good! The BMW 750Li has so much room in the backseat it felt like I was in a limo. I am 6 foot 3 and 400 LBS and I was more comfortable than I have ever been. Once we were seated Paul asked my wife her favorite color, she said purple. Next thing I know the ambient lighting in the car changed to purple!! I had full control of temperature, music, window shades and back seat lighting on a tablet built in to the middle arm rest. This car is so slick inside and out I felt like a celebrity. There are so many other features in this car that I forget them all but Paul offered everything it could do to make our ride amazing. Oh, and we arrived at the time we requested and Paul even picked up up a little later than we had advised because we were having a great time. He did this with no questions asked. Just told me to let him know when we were ready and he would be there........and he was! What great service from a great guy in a great car! My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Book with someone else. Also shoutout to our driver Dave. 5 Stars to him.

We booked this company because they had a decent price, compared to others. They were great to book…read morewith, easy to communicate with via email. However, the day of the wedding, the limo driver showed up LATE to pick up the groom and groomsmen. He also did not open any doors for any of the ladies or the bride. The driver also did not know where he was going. He didn't have a GPS and got lost on the way to our photography spot. We had to use our data plan on our cellphones to direct him to the photography spot. He also demanded money right away - which was terrible considering the amount of effort he put into his service. The limo also had no music and the divider between the driver and passengers did not go up - so there was no privacy at all. Even when we spoke to him or asked him questions he spoke so low that no one could hear him. All in all - easy to book, terrible service. Would not recommend. I would say it would be better to pay more at a different company and hope to get better service.
