I could have made the reservation a day + out and people would be parked there. I've seen driver's be told to move, they drive through the parking lot, and then park back in those spots. Or those rude driver's ask the driver's with reserve spots to move. If that doesn't work they physically break into your rig and move your tractor and trailer. Now fast-forward to today, she's checked her bank account just now and that gas station charged her the $43 that she used because her credit card was on file on the app. So the cashier pocketed her $60 cash and still charged her app/credit card the $43. We have already called the corporate office and filed a claim as we have both receipts showing that she paid $60 cash and was also charged $43 on her Valero account... (proof is there!!!!) we will be emailing the receipt receipts to corporate and they said they will file a claim against the office and hopefully give my mother a gift card for the $60 that was stolen from her at this location! Gas went all over the side of my car and the ground - a huge explosion hazard!
