Nope. Overcharged me by a lot. Burger price said 1.99 on the kiosk and register but when I went to pay, it charged 3.69 per burger. Ordered three burgers but they didn't fix the price even after they worked trying to fix it to the price listed for several minutes. I said, well do you mind throwing in an extra fry since I am paying more than advertised? Nope. So silly and took forever without fixing the issue. They said when I checked out, "well thanks for bringing this to our attention." But I didn't get the advertised price. Makes no sense. Ugh. Annoying. read more

Let me first start by saying I don't eat McDonald's but maybe twice a year. I'm not a fan of "fast food". So that's the primary reason for my mid rating. This particular McD's has very friendly employees in spite of it being a busy restaurant. My order came out hot. Which we know this is rare at any McDonald's. We all love when this happens.. because it means hot fries. My burger was a fresh as it can be for McD's. I had the double cheeseburger with green chilies which was a first for me. McD's needs to introduce this burger to other location in the US. It was surprisingly very good. It even gave a little kick of spicy heat. Which y'all know I didn't mind at all. Ok, this is a ratings of a McD's because they are what they are, and their older reviews really are dragging down their score...we were greeted. Store and bathroom fairly clean. Order ready in reasonable time. Food was as warm as it should be. Ketchup dispenser empty, but packets available. We stopped here because we wanted to get gas, use the bathroom, eat quickly and get back on road. Mission accomplished. read more

Stood in line while manager and clerk talked and giggled. People in the back horsing around. When I finally got my meal it was wrong. I was told the onions were in the meat. I said "oh that's new, can I just get a few onions and I'll be fine?". She said "no, we have to remake it all. " I said "Nevermind." Wish I had taken her up on it. The burgers were old and dried out. The food was typical McDonald's. No surprises here. The 2 stars are for the person in charge. First, the young man at the register was inexperienced and took a little bit to get the order right. No problem. In this pandemic I'm happy for someone who is willing to work and he was quite apologetic. The problem came when I checked my order and it wasn't what I ordered. I showed her my receipt and she showed it to her boss. She was rude and unapologetic and seemed irritated that I had her get the order right. Just passing through, but wouldn't go here again. Came here with friends while driving through NM and ordered at the kiosks. The restaurant overall was in good condition and the bathrooms were clean (although we did think it was weird that the bathrooms didn't have mirrors above the sinks). Service was very slow and part of our order was missing. When they gave us our food, the bags bottomed out and our food spilled which was not ideal. read more

I ordered at the kiosk because no staff was at the counter. The kiosk had me enter my table number and said to wait there for the oder to be delivered. After waiting until others who came after me got food, I went to the counter. They blamed me for not going to the counter to pick up my oder(I can't hear well even if they did call me and the kiosk gave no receipt) The by-then cold order in a bag (like it was to go) at the counter was missing the drink like they already gave me a cup in a counter order that was to go. I got refund because I was on a schedule, and the food was cold with no drink. Even in giving the refund the manager was rude and offered no apology. This happens at several locations. read more

Fortunately I've had good experiences with them. The employees have been nice, humble and accommodating, which I appreciate. The portions seem larger than at McDonald's in California, for the same price. The bigger chicken sandwich, and fries, are very good! The restaurant is clean, inviting, and doesn't have a trashy vibe like so many other McDonald's. The thing that DOES annoy me though, is that their website says they're open til midnite but they aren't. I drove over one night and found they close at 11pm. Fix your freaking website! read more

Rude! So very rude- from the time the cashier took our order to the point I had to return back I tor he restaurant to get an item THEY didn't add to my bag. The manager didn't even apologize but blamed the business. I get busy, but I also get basic customer service or greeting, thanking a customer for their order and telling them to have a good day... apologizing when THEY screw up. Terrible service. We ordered at the drive thru, two combo meals, large, with coke, and nuggets. They got both burgers wrong, gave us Diet Coke instead of coke, and gave us medium fries and drinks instead of large. we called the manager to see if she was willing to do anything about it, and she CLEARLY didn't care, she begrudgingly offered us a refund (we were already 15 minutes gone by this point), and used a very rude tone. At least they got the nuggets right. That said, getting one item correct out of seven is pretty bad in my book. Probably about 90% of the time the order gets screwed up, but I usually catch it before I get out of the parking lot. I did get confronted in drive through one night by a manager who insisted that I was the one that had been causing trouble in their dining room the night before (I wasn't) and he finally admitted it wasn't me but never apologized. Stopped here as we were leaving town. We sat out there for 15 minutes the voice machine came on and asked us what we were having. We ordered and then pulled around. Worker came to the window and advised us we did not order and said she could not order at the window when we said we did she said we had not and had to go around the building and order at the speaker. She said she could not take orders at the window. Although we did not have a hearing issue the order window has a sign that says please pull around and order at the window. Yeah it's McDonalds and yeah it's okay. I found the drive through staff to be kind of rude. They have two pick-up windows and never specified which I should go to. I was the only one there, and I drove to the farthest one. My food took an incredible amount of time considering I was the only one there. When the staff member came with my food she looked incredibly annoyed and left without saying a word to me. I'm not sure if it was just that night but my fries were very soggy and oily and the burger was lacking sauce. These variations I usually expect but because the staff was kind of rude and because of the drive through situation, I'm giving two stars. read more

Ok, this McDonald's was exceptional. Restrooms clean, but service was amazing. They had someone at the door greeting guest and the owner is the one serving you the order. Amazing fancy tv cashier things. Way too fancy for the middle of nowhere. Fast and fun but the soda machine sucked butt. Sweet tea tasted a bit like lake water, coke was no better, I actually threw mine away. :( If stuck in the middle of nowhere, not bad, but bring your own not crappy drink. read more

Just passing through on our way to Texas. Came in to McDonalds to get a bite to eat and got greeted by Joanna one of the employees. She opened the door for us before we even got to it with a smile on her face. Food came promptly and as I was eating I noticed how Joanna was cleaning and offering help to every table if they needed anything. As a manager of a business it was just very nice to see all the small things done so well that gave us a great experience here! After driving in the heat with no air conditioning, the McDonald's was an oasis. The cashier I spoke with had a great attitude, making sure my order was clear on the first try. I also found out about the place's recent renovation last February, so everything was very clean. Even the booths had power outlets for one's electronics. Besides the stares from the locals (understandable since basically everyone there knows each other), my experience there was pleasant enough. As an aside, the services along I-40 through California could use a major update. Everywhere else between Arizona and Oklahoma puts the ones in my state to shame. read more

Usually I don't review places and most McDonalds are pretty standard but this one was not as great as the others. The interior was nice looking but the bathrooms were dirty, the trash was overflowing, and the tables were dirty. When I asked for extra Oreos in my McFlurry (there were a lot less than normal) they said they would have to charge extra (this has never happened to me, any other McDonald's would have let me have extra Oreos without charging me). I decided to not pay the extra fee, which left me with a vanilla shake with Oreo specks in it. Very disappointed. read more

We arrived at a hotel at 8:55 pm. When we asked about restaurants, the front desk person said the only place open past 9 pm was Denny's. We asked if she would eat there, she said no. Then, she said that left McDonald's, Subway or Lotaburger. All were close by. We went to McDonald's. It was clean enough. Our order was ready fast and handed to me in a ripped bag. I asked if we could eat in the restaurant; the employee looked at the clock - 9:15 pm. He said we could but they would be closing soon. Their sign said 11 pm close. My family and I are traveling across country and stopped at this location to eat dinner. As we walked in we weren't greeted at all. I have always been a strong believer that a human interaction is always better then self check out. In this case it was the same as if I was talking to a machine. No smile, blank stare and it was very noticeable that the man taking my order didn't want to be there. I also notice that his work pants were sagging and was slightly able to see the mans undergarments. As I was leaving I asked if I can have 2 packs of sugar for the coffee that I had purchased and seemed to have bothered him. As he went to get the sugars he seemed upset, as he was giving me the sugars he dropped 2 on the counter and didn't even bother to help pick them up or apologize or anything really. He just simply walked away! I been working in customer service for the past 10 years I know how one should be treated. The experience was unpleasant and was not able to eat my dinner because of the lock of positive environment. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. read more
