So I am certain she was aware of each ticket's purpose. I asked her if there was confusion about what was output. She very rudely answered "No," she then proceeded to give me my $20 winnings but not the lottery exchange ticket (which for me was most valuable). I could have made the reservation a day + out and people would be parked there. I've seen driver's be told to move, they drive through the parking lot, and then park back in those spots.
