Used Allstate Roofing and More for complete tear-off roofing job, July 2022. John, who came out to estimate the work, was very responsive and communicative via text. The job was done in 3 days and I appreciated the hard work in this summers heat of the crew who did a great job, and the project manager was good also. Overall, though the roof is new and I'd have to see how it stands up over time, I am happy with the work and from a cost perspective we got 4 quotes and Allstate was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They do offer financing through a 3rd party who is a large, national, lender and I appreciated that as well. The terms were reasonable and given the high cost of a new roof these days, it was necessary. However, they did not complete all the work on the proposal (clearing of soffits in the attic) and broke a sensor for my sprinkler system. For those things they gave me a credit if $375, or at least they said they would. In the end they over charged me by greater than $300 and have absolutely ignored my communications about it. I believe because I financed it, they just figure it's in the financing and if they ignore me long enough, I will shut up about it. I contacted the lender and told them, but they said it's between me and Allstate - Allstate has ignored me. Though I think the work was done well, and I am happy about the roof, I will forever be irritated by what I believe is intentional overcharging - though it's a nominal amount compared to the cost to the roof, nonetheless right is right. read more

Avoid Allstate Roofing. They claim to be GAF Master Elite, but their work is substandard. Since my June 2024 install, my bathroom has been destroyed by a leak. They blamed my plumbing, but a licensed plumber inspected the vent, replaced the fittings as a precaution, and confirmed the issue is the roof. Other roofers have since pointed out high nails, crooked shingles, and the fact that Allstate reused old pipe boots. They also damaged my fascia and siding, then tried to 'fix' it with caulk and nails. They left my yard a mess with nails all over and even left nails sticking out of the shingles. They don't stand behind their work and only offer excuses. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. read more

Positives were: good explanation of Roofing material and process, good financing options, best price from 4 quotes, 1 day installation, immediate response to my concerns, and supervisary recheck. Andrew, Craig, office staff and installation crew were excellent to deal with. There were 0 negatives. read more

We were very pleased with our experience with Allstate Roofing. We had a complicated new roof put on a unique house in Brighton, including a flat roof that needed TPO. We also needed quite a bit of plywood, as the existing plywood was wet. The crew worked efficiently and with an eye to detail, completing the job in three days and accommodating us by coming to finish on the weekend. The workers took pride in their work and were very professional. The job manager was on site for a couple of hours each day and was reachable by phone. The hardest part was putting the TPO on the flat roof and making sure it came up the sides to the standard 6" in between two other roof lines. This was completed efficiently and with precision. The crew cleaned up the premises after the job leaving no debris or trash. The job manager was easy to communicate with and professional. I would highly recommend this company. read more

After 2 years I decided to see if these folks would complete a simple estimate on a repair job - they never returned my emails or calls. They even REFUSED to go out and do the measurements and estimate on the job - pathetic unprofessional laziness. I suppose I will just hire the folks at Home Depot to do the work and pay more money: at least they respect their customers - AVOID THIS BUSINESS. read more

I had ALLSTATE ROOFING AND MORE replace the roof on my house and install new gutters and gutter gaurds. The roofers did a great job and work 12 hr days during the heatwave we experienced in August. When they sent the gutter installers out they didn't install the gutter gaurds per the sales order. The production manager wasn't aware that they were supposed to. The corner of the gutter above the entrance to the house had not been fabricated correctly and was cut short. They tried to fix it by filling the seam with caulk. They put so much in it was leaking out of the gutters. When I called them on it they sent out 2 technicians to fix it. Their fix was to fill it with more caulk. The gutter is next to my driveway and will inevitably cause major icing problems. During this time the leak became a constant steam of water. Come to find out the gutters were not installed correctly for proper drainage. They attempted to correct this my removal and reinstalling the gutters along with bending them. Needless to say their job look terrible at best.The tech that was sent to fix the issue the second time said that you can tell they didn't install the gutters correctly and that the installer didn't check the level. The next attempt at fixing the issue was to install a downspout at the opposite side of the hump that was holding the water in the corner. I rejected that as it wouldn't have worked. When they suggested to put a downspout that drains across the driveway or a long spout spout to run the the rear of the house i told them enough. I had them remove the gutters and gutter gaurds and replace the fascia that they drilled through multiple times on the porch and told them to refund the total of this portion of the job. The production manager told me I would be contacted by my sales rep the next day. The rep sent me an email apologizing for the hassel and $100 check. This doesn't equate to 40' of gutters and gutter gaurds along with 10' for the downspout and the labor. I would not recommend this company to do any type of construction service what so ever. read more

This review began a few days ago as totally negative. I'm not going to rehash the whole thing. A manager named Zoryan saw to it that the company honored their original commitment to provide gutters as part of the roof install and the job is complete. Pewter roof with white seamless gutters...looks wonderful and it's a definite improvement from out crapped out old roof. Always a good thing when a business (or at least Zoryan's stake in the business) has integrity. read more

This company did a roof for a family friend of mine and not only are they professional and well trained roofers, they are thoughtful and give back to those less fortunate. With a near perfect BBB rating and high ratings on other sites they deserve this 5 star review. read more

When my husband and I first met with Jason we were really impressed with him. He was personable and knowledgeable and we liked that he was going to help us by working with our insurance to get as much of the roof paid for as possible (storm damage). But this project dragged on and on for almost 9 months and we started to get the feeling that Jason was procrastinating. When the job finally started, we were excited at first, but the crew that was hired completely trashed our yard. I was angry with them because we had been told that the crew would perform a cleanup of our yard EVERY DAY. They lied. There were nails and metal pieces and wood pieces everywhere, to the point that I didn't feel comfortable allowing my dogs to go outside for fear they'd hurt themselves. I took pictures and sent them to my PM Jason which were forwarded to Randy and the owner (I forgot his name), and they seemed genuinely apologetic, however, by that point we were feeling unsure of our choice to hire this company. After the job was done, we looked in our attic. We knew that there would be some debris up there but almost the entire surface was covered in wood pieces, as if they hadn't picked up any of it. It was stuck in our insulation, making it very difficult to clean up. I reached out to Randy about this but he didn't seem too concerned-- it was at this point that I got the distinct impression that Allstate Roofing didn't care about my concerns, treating me like I was just some hysterical female. Randy did tell me that he inspected the work the crew did for quality and that he wanted to replace a boot that had been installed. I came home from work one day and it was in my yard, dropped off at the site for whoever would install it, I assumed. That boot sat in my yard for 4 months. I had assumed that they were waiting on better weather so I didn't say anything but communications with Jason the PM led me to believe that they thought the job was completed-- in my mind, it wasn't. I thought this was just more of Jason's procrastination. Jason claimed that the boot had already been re-installed. This leads me to assume that one of the following is true: 1) the new boot really had been installed back in November but the installer just left the old boot (trash) in my yard for 4 months (this is consistent with their tendency to leave trash in my yard) or 2) they had not installed the new boot but just said they had so that it was a closed issue. Either way, this just isn't good customer service. Before choosing Allstate Roofing and more, I did a lot of research and they have a good reputation for quality work, plus I loved the transferable 50 year warranty. I had received 3 quotes from local roofers and we did not choose the least expensive but what we thought would be the best quality. We were impressed by Jason and believed he would do well for us. I think we could have forgiven the procrastination (working with insurance is a pain) if that's all it had been, but it wasn't. Having our yard and attic trashed like that, and then not being taken seriously really rubbed me the wrong way. All in all, if I had it to do over, I'm not sure I would have chosen Allstate Roofing again. read more
