That was four months ago and despite repeated phone calls to the company they have not returned to inspect the problem. We have had to find alternatives since we cannot allow this condition to continue. We had previously used ARM (both under the prior owner and under its current ownership). They were recommended to us and we were very satisfied with the work. But given this experience and the company's unresponsiveness I would not recommend this company now.
