After several years working with agencies who just wanted to settle for the same insurance year after year without shopping or trying to help us negotiate lower rates, I finally came across Alisa Allen at Griffin MacLean. It was night and day working with her. For the first two years, she was tireless in exhausting all our options and helping us negotiate rates down as low as possible. The first year she saved us about $600 on premiums just by clarifying details with the carrier. The second year, she saved us about $600 more. And this year, she blew my socks off!! She had learned about a new agency that specialized in my niche and could thus offer drastically cheaper premiums compared to what she could broker for me. She spent at least a couple of hours helping me determine whether this insurance could legitimately replace the existing policy - despite the fact that she could not broker it for me and would earn ZERO COMMISSION if I switched. Her motivation was to help me save money - whether or not she profited from it personally. She saved me $2000 by referring me to this specialty provider - and reduced her commission in the process. I still keep my property and work auto policies with her and I will til the last day I'm in business. You don't find selfless service like this every day. In fact you usually find it nowhere. If you want someone who will do the right thing by you whether she makes a buck or not -- someone who truly cares about you and your business and your long-term well being -- go with Alisa Allen. It's rare to find a gem like her and you'll be so glad you did! I am going out of my way to call her bosses and tell them to give her a raise and a gold star and a vacation to Hawaii. Employees like her are gold in dog-eat-dog, lazy and complacent insurance world. Or maybe I'll just try to find a way to hire her myself! Thank you for using your powers for good, Alisa. You've earned my loyalty and gratitude and admiration for integrity above and beyond the call of duty. THANK YOU! -- Sherene (Evolve180 Weight Loss)
