Tracy found creative ways to lower costs while locating a new insurance company for us. She was the only agent yo use an away at school status while my daughter was off at college. I'm surprised that she is the only agent to mention this option while I was rate shopping. She also has solutions for teenagers spending time between two different houses, such as my 16 year old son. She is patient and responsive to questions too and I asked more than a few. :) I feel fortunate to have found a trustworthy agent.

And Betu Luong at Farmers Insurance was a shining star the entire way. She kept the lending and title company agents updated and responded very quickly to any and all questions I had. And, while very pleased, I was not surprised by her outstanding service because she has been my agent for my primary home and automobiles for several years now and has consistently provided this same high level of support. I strongly recommend Betu Luong to you should you need new insurance or are unhappy with your current agent.

BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!…read more I had a terrible experience with another broker that completely dropped the ball and was dishonest with me about what company to go with based on his commission. I then tried to call a few other brokers who told me they were way too busy to help me because the deadline was in a week. I was not only frustrated but also scared I wouldn't get enrolled in time and my kids would be without insurance for a year! I found this company based on Yelp reviews( yay yelpers!) and decided to give them a try. Within an hour of messaging them, Gordon himself called me to help!! Not only did he make time for me while completely busy with a deadline, but he made me feel an immense amount of relief by how easy it was for him to take care of us! It took him about 15 minutes to enroll my kids and I over the phone and take all of my health insurance anxiety away. Two days before the deadline and I get this kind of service from a top broker?? My rates for this very minor collision went up 90%. I talked with my broker and he said that this was the best he could do and there was no way to bring the cost down. When I talked about this with someone close to me, they recommended I give Tyson a call, and so I reached out. Tyson was able to get me almost the exact same coverage for a very small increase over what my rate had been before my accident. Literally went from a 90% increase to about 15%. He spoke with me at length about what the new policy included and took the time to make sure I understood everything before we made an agreement. On top of the big benefit to my wallet, I recently was out of town renting a car in Las Vegas when I noticed the agency required a copy of my insurance policy (not just the card) in order to avoid having to pay for the rental agency's insurance. I reached out to Tyson who immediately sent over the policy after also suggesting a temporary addition to my policy that would add additional common sense protections in case I was involved in a wreck in the rental car. The addition was just a couple bucks, but would cover things that could potentially be a huge cost in case of another fender bender. That's above and beyond type service already. He even called me about three weeks later to cancel the addition we had added so it wasn't left on the policy with no benefit. Absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for coverage that comes with great customer support.
