Hi. This is Louise Sullivan…read more I have Safeco (Liberty Mutual) Insurance through the Crest Insurance Agency in Tucson. Crest has been very helpful in setting up my insurance for me. I now have damage to my roof from hail and storm, and the Claims Adjuster William Parker stated it also had other circumstances associated with the roof. I was told by Mr Parker that the roof would be totally replaced in the amount of $xx. Instead, the settlement received was in the amount of $x; half the size of what was told to me. My happiness over Safeco is now very sad. I am assuming since Safeco Insurance is a very reputible company, and recommended to me by Crest, that this issue will be solved and resolved. I will recommend Safeco again at the time that this roof issue is resolved, and then move the star rating to five stars, when that time occurs. Bye for now!

In my experience with one if there third-party claims representative, ALL-Cat my claim was denied at first without any inspection of the property. I was also informed in writing that I had made "threats" during prior communications, with the Adjuster something I completely dispute. After that allegation, all communication was restricted to email only, making it difficult to resolve the situation fairly. The overall process felt one-sided and unprofessional.

This is kind of long, so get ready. I have had enough…read moreof Liberty Insurance lying to you. When I reached out to them, as my current car insurance was up for renewal, I found out what their game is. Sure, you can save $700 or more, but only if you strip down all coverages except the state minimum of liability insurance, which is 25,000/50,000/10,000--which are limits of $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident and $10,000 property damage. This only applies if you own your own vehicle, Sure, you can pay $87 a month but if your car gets in an accident, you don't have body repair (collision) coverage. If your car is stolen, vandalized or the glass gets broken, then you have to pay for it out of pocket. If you do not own your car, e.g., you bought it through a finance company, then car insurance companies have limits on what you can take off your policy. And if you do, Liberty after a brief time will automatically put them back on without your permission through their OWN insurance company, which is more expensive, thus you will end up paying more than if you left the coverages on your own. How does Liberty (or other insurance companies) know if you took off coverages to save money? Because the lien holder will report that to your insurance company. This means if you are still making payments on your car, and you don't have the title, you have very little chance of saving money on your car insurance. Poor chance, or none. So don't let Liberty (or any other insurance company) fool you. Yeah, choose only the coverage you need. This only applies, again, if you have the title and physically own your car. Yeah, then you can strip down to the bare minimum for the policy, which is liability, but you won't have coverage anywhere else. If your insurance company or Liberty lets you take comprehensive insurance with a $100 deductible WITHOUT attaching collision, then take it. The small addition can save you thousands if your car is stolen or vandalized. This is true with ANY insurance company. And whatever you do, do NOT remove mortgage insurance, if that is even possible, because that covers the loan balance and not just the car's value. Drive friendly!

this company withdrew money from my bank account without my authorization. I was surprised when I…read morenoticed over $3,100 was withdrawn from my bank account since progressive usually only withdraws $134! It turns out that when i asked about a quote for my niece and nephew back on June 30th, they ended up getting added to my policy and the company is trying to backdate and collect this outrageous amount without sending me any formal letters to ask for my signature or consent and now they are refusing to refund me even though I have sent proof of their insurance cards since January 2024 to present and their apartment lease agreement, which is a different address than mine as proof that they do not live with me and therefore should have never been added to my policy. currently the company is refusing to refund me the money stating that the kids live with me which again, i have sent several documents to prove that it's not the case! they have never sent me anything in writing and are not helping me resolve this problem! progressive is completely ignoring what I say and all the documents I sent because they just want the money unlawfully! They are bullies and exercising excessive authority trying to withdraw money from my bank account without my consent! They need to be investigated!! I have submitted formal complaints with the BBB, Wallet Hub, WA state Investigators and will continue to write about my experience with them everywhere. Stay away from progressive it's a terrible money hungry company!

But that's the only info she gives them and doesn't send them a check or anything, meanwhile I'm sitting here without a vehicle for over a month....she told my mechanic that an entire list of things would be covered under my insurance, but then she sent him a bs list of barely anything that was going to be covered.... If they would have sent the shop a check a long ass time ago like they said they did with the shit that was supposed to be approved, my truck would have gone to les Schwab and gotten back anything that I also needed. And my insurance should have taken care of it. But here I am as well as the shop, sitting here waiting fucking weeks for them to figure it out because my "case manager" is too busy and has too many counties to work with. I'm fucking DONE. They need to provide me with a rental car asap free of charge before I get my attorney involved because this is absolute bullshit. My attorney is free of charge to me so it really wouldn't be any heartache to me. I'm done with this bullshit and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone for insurance again. I'm so displeased. They better make this right.

Over the years I have either visited the branch in Chinatown or called Dawna Rhodes (office manager) for various reasons (e.g., options analysis for new vehicle purchase, filing a claim, premium reduction opportunities, general insight, etc). I appreciate Dawna's professionalism, thoroughness, patience, empathy, and knowledge in the insurance business. The information she shares is based on facts and data while also providing her own personal insights and recommendations (based on decades of experience) without pressuring you one way or another, which is highly appreciated in the insurance/sales business. Years ago when I had to file a claim, I remember the process to be seamless with proper guidance from the team. When asking for discounts, she lists out every discount that I qualify for and providing other options on how lower premiums could be achieved (e.g., higher deductibles). Usually many customer service representatives are impatient when it comes to these types of inquiries. Although State Farm's premiums are not the lowest around, I've had a great experience interacting with this particular agency and Dawna Rhodes for all my needs.
