I rushed as I had only a short window before they close on Saturday. Sufficient to say I have many film cameras and all are in working order, I need not to get a repair but service sounded a good idea to me as all are more than 30 years old products. I understand that they had a larger business, now downsized to an upstairs one room office( next to Samba restaurant- you will buzz and they open the door) and this "could be Chinese- American" couple is past retirement, still continuing the business, which is actually fantastic. The lady on counter had an unfriendly but business like demeanor, with one response to any query, " leave the camera and technician will look at it and call you back" I said, there is nothing wrong but if the gentleman or " technician" who was in the side small room could take a look and comment. Same response" leave the camera and technician will look at it and call you back". I was disappointed as I came with a very enthusiastic expectation, since how many times can you find some one who knows about film cameras. the store was unkempt, did not see worthy ware or stuff, seems like they are keeping busy themselves for reasons known to them. I took back all 4 cameras rather than leaving with them. Single camera inspection is $30.00 multiple cameras would be $20.00 per camera. I saw some reviews here which are dated and one review that was from this year, I guess after downsizing. I hope my experience was one off and others who continue to patronize them get fair value of charges in terms of service and satisfaction. I was recommended by another business, which I do not want to name here, but I will tell that business about my experience so as to bring them up to speed. I still had a nice time in this town, I walked around, did some street photography, it seemed like a good old town with thriving economy. Please remember, I did not use any service from this store but my interaction with them could have been better. I would continue to look for a good place and if I come across, I would update it here.

BRILLIANT! I can't…read morespeak highly enough about this company. They did a SPLENDID job scanning a HUGE pile of photos. They had NO limits on what they can do. I chose them because they can scan stereo slides - and they can do so much more! I sent fragile, old photos, prints of ALL sizes - so much variety and they handled it all. They can do restoration of images, as well. Brandon was professional and VERY helpful. My treasured family photos were in very good hands - AND it's not a massive conglomerate. I like supporting independent businesses. HIGHLY recommend without reservation.

Most scans were fine, but four large items -- including a painting by my late mother and a blueprint of the home my family grew up in -- were never scanned, and returned, though I was not charged. I contacted the company multiple times. The owner claimed he looked for the items but adamantly denied I sent them, was unhelpful and offered no resolution. These items are irreplaceable and caused a lot of distress. I filed complaints with the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau to no avail. I would think twice before using this company.

I couldn't believe how beautiful my sign looked and how sturdy it was. The Christmas cards, I was worried because I had ordered them last minute and wanted them done that day. Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. Whenever we have photos to print, we will absolutely go back to James and Michael at Loupe Digital. .
