Enterprise completely dropped the ball on this rental…read more I confirmed my reservation the day before, completed the online check-in, and had every reason to believe my vehicle would be waiting for me. Instead, just 3 1/2 hours before my scheduled pickup, I received a call saying they didn't have a car. There was no solution offered--just a canceled reservation and a last-minute scramble to find transportation for a one-way, long-distance trip. Thankfully, National saved the day. I opened the National app, booked a vehicle within minutes, and everything went exactly as it should have. No hassle, no excuses, no surprises. The most baffling part? Enterprise and National are owned by the same company, yet the customer experience couldn't be more different. Enterprise left me stranded at the last minute, while National delivered exactly what they promised. That's why I'll continue choosing National whenever I have the option.
