My young-adult daughter was on her way from Nashville to Memphis on a Friday evening to attend her friend's birthday party, and her car broke down. She was 45 minutes outside of Memphis and had to pull off the highway and onto a country road exit with a single gas station. Her friends at the birthday party had been drinking so no one could pick her up. She tried both Uber and Lyft, but neither would drive to where she was located. And it was going to take me 3.5 hours to get to her, while she's sitting alone in her car, at a gas station on a country road. I began calling car services in Memphis to see if anyone could help us with a quicker solution. When I talked to Armani at A&R, he was just the nicest person and said he would arrange to pick her up and safely get her to her friends in Memphis, which he did! In fact, he picked her up himself in a black Cadillac Escalade dressed in a black suit & tie, and my daughter said they had a lovely conversation during the ride. Armani's professionalism, kindness and speed at which he arrived to rescue my stranded daughter was above and beyond. Support this wonderful business, and do yourself a favor if you want a top-notch car service by using A&R.

Sorry to say I can only remember one of the driver's name Victor but both GENTLEman were so sweet and assisted me up and down and put my mind at ease of getting on and off the bus every single time. He explained to me (before just doing it) putting his arm around my waist so I could put my arm around his neck if I needed for extra support on taking that BIG step down!!! I have been telling EVERYONE about the wonderful awesome job these men did driving and taking care of all of us those two days and how sweet and nice they were to each and everyone of the men and women who got on and off their bus.
