The valets were so kind and helped all of my elderly guests in and out of their vehicles. Also, they get bonus points for having umbrellas! I have used valet companies for past events and the companies were not nearly as flexible. I was able to specify where I wanted guests to be picked up/dropped off and I even asked that they change that location once it started raining. Their great customer service never skipped a beat. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for valet or transportation services. I rarely take the time to consider (let alone review) a valet company's performance, but they really did go above and beyond. 10/10 highly recommend. P.S. they offer executive transportation too. My friends use them and they always have very kind, personable drivers and very clean luxury SUV's.

My young-adult daughter was on her way from Nashville to Memphis on a Friday evening to attend her friend's birthday party, and her car broke down. She was 45 minutes outside of Memphis and had to pull off the highway and onto a country road exit with a single gas station. Her friends at the birthday party had been drinking so no one could pick her up. She tried both Uber and Lyft, but neither would drive to where she was located. And it was going to take me 3.5 hours to get to her, while she's sitting alone in her car, at a gas station on a country road. I began calling car services in Memphis to see if anyone could help us with a quicker solution. When I talked to Armani at A&R, he was just the nicest person and said he would arrange to pick her up and safely get her to her friends in Memphis, which he did! In fact, he picked her up himself in a black Cadillac Escalade dressed in a black suit & tie, and my daughter said they had a lovely conversation during the ride. Armani's professionalism, kindness and speed at which he arrived to rescue my stranded daughter was above and beyond. Support this wonderful business, and do yourself a favor if you want a top-notch car service by using A&R.

He called or texted through out the day to make sure we got home safe. He even offered to pick up at the airport if we needed transportation. We weren't getting in until midnight. We didn't need transportation but just the thought was so caring. I've used several travel agents in the past, but will never use anyone else but North Mississippi Travel. Thanks so much Larry. The good, the bad, and the ugly... that is how we are doing this review…read more I love the Memphis airport! I have been to so many airports that you learn to appreciate the small things. That's my personality, I look for the good. With living in this digital age, checking in is always seamless with all airlines and at this point I've used every carrier. One thing they do not have is the Touch-less TSA which I really appreciate since you just walk up and smile, no ID or boarding pass needed. It's super convenient and fast. MEM doesn't have this perk and TSA still will ask for your ID along with your boarding pass. That's not necessarily bad but I mean come on MEM you have such a beautiful airport. The Lounge is action is small with only Delta providing lounge access. So what does that mean, it's a SMALL airport! Again, not bad but let's get to the good. The Good: The restrooms are seriously the nicest public bathrooms ever. I can't even describe it, book a flight to Memphis! Anyone who I've traveled with has said how great the restrooms are. If Lounge action is too much or you don't have the perk but need to work then they have a business center. A literal workspace for those who love to bring work with them. The Bad: I'm not sure it's bad but the food choices are limited. There isn't even a Golden Arches (McDonalds) in this airport. I'd say eat before you get here unless you have lounge access. The UGLY! None, this is seriously a beautiful airport! I love traveling to Memphis, which will be a home away from home for a least another few months.
