Gwendolyn was there when we needed an early morning ride to airport from the Peabody. Had called a cab, but he did not speak English and wasn't sure where Peabody was or if he could make in time - so when Gwendolyn pulled up we rode with her and cancelled taxi. Gwen and John James were professional and personable. My cousin and I came for a girls trip to Memphis and had so many issues with Lyft drivers. After a no show from Lyft once again, I used Last Minute Transportation. John was there in less than 3 minutes. This is a well run business...I will definitely use them again when I am in Memphis. Gwendolyn and John James really know how to introduce you to the "old south" and although I only used them for early morning transportation to the airport, I'd come back and try to take their trip to Nashville-which no one told me about-but-if you can find others to join you-can be really inexpensive and sounds like a true introduction to Music City. They also offer trips to Graceland, Sun Studios etc and I would have preferred to use them but, alas, I went for the big tour brochure. Which i'm sure is more expensive and the James' would have provided the 'inside scoop' on how to get to Graceland for less, etc. read more

Gwen was prompt in calling me back after 3 other transportation companies didn't call me back or told me they do not pick up at the bus station. She was flexible when my bus was 4 hours late arriving in a spotless GMC. Going the extra mile to drop me off downtown. She was early for a 430am pickup to the airport and quite cheerful. After not being able to secure a cab with any company in Memphis for a very early ride to the train station, she guaranteed she would be at our hotel to get us where we needed to be... and she was! I give this company no stars, I had a reservation for an evening pickup and they were a no show, I had to take a cab with my 80 year old mother. My flight was delayed due to weathet, however the prior day I called to confirm the procedure for delayed flights. RJ assured me they track the flight and it would not be a problem, well apparently it was because he was a no show and when I called(several times) he never answered . I called the main number and all Gwen could say was "take a cab" that she had no idea why he wasn't answering his phone. This is not how business is done, don't waste your time on this company. Just an awful experience and they should be shut down. Ps. Had to give at least 1 star to post, but truly they deserve no Stars... read more

Do yourself a favor and use Uber!! Much cheaper!! I was completely ripped off by "JJ" when I took a ride from him from the Memphis airport to my hotel. That said, when it was time for me to return to the airport a few days later I took Uber and it was A LOT cheaper......almost half. read more

With the hotel's help, they had Last Minute Transports contact me & from that moment on everything was arranged and handled with driver, JJ. JJ texted me with ETA to pickup group of 10 and was at hotel 10 minutes earlier then scheduled. Once he delivered my group to the airport, JJ text me to let me know. It's a relief to know your children make their flight when your 9 hours away. read more
