I reached out to Shauna who quickly confirmed my appointment. I was in disbelief that getting a ride could be so simple so I called her to the next morning, just in case. She confirmed the service and let me know that she would be downstairs at my hotel at the appointed time. Sure enough, when I came down, Shauna was right there. Her ride was clean and comfortable with a quality guard installed for additional health precautions. We engaged in light banter and Shauna got me to my destination safely and on time. I will be using Sleek Shuttle Service from now on for my Memphis trips.

After reaching out to Rusty weeks prior to get my ride set up, I was in touch with Rusty at Memphis Airport Shuttle a few days before my flight, and the day of. He was incredible to work with the entire time! We went back and forth several times during the day as my flight plans kept changing due to delays and getting later and later into the night, but he was patient with me, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We had a last-minute cancellation (from family) with a ride to the MEM airport from Jonesboro, AR…read moreon a holiday weekend and Phil (and team) bailed us out. He answered on the first call and answered all our questions. We then called all the shuttles on the MEM website as well as shuttles local to Jonesboro and most didn't return our calls and the others quoted us twice the price. Although we hadn't committed yet with Phil (while we called around to price-compare) he did us the courtesy to call us back proactively to give us first dibs on the time (since he received other inquiries after ours asking for the same time). Phil was great at communicating with us throughout (reconfirming the night before, calling shortly before arriving to pick us up, and after we'd arrived at our destination) and drove us safely in a clean and modern car. Phil even went above-and-beyond to return our child's car seat back to where he picked us up in Jonesboro for no additional charge (since we didn't plan to travel with it, but needed it for the ride to the airport). Phil said his company also services Little Rock (LIT) airport and surrounding town. Can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them again.
