I called him just one day before my mom was scheduled to arrive, and even with the last-minute notice, he agreed to pick her up from the airport without any hesitation. He was so accommodating and understanding of our situation. I was especially worried because my mom is an elder and was flying in around midnight. Chris immediately put me at ease and assured me that he would take great care of her. He kept his word. He was personable, warm, and respectful with both me and my mom, and he truly allayed every concern I had. His pricing was competitive, the service was professional, and his kindness was unmatched. We were stuck at the mall, after it was closed, and needed a ride back to the hotel, Hilton.The HIlton staff sent a private car for us to return to the hotel. The car arrived within 5-7 minutes. I am so glad that ASAP Transportation was chosen. It was my first experience traveling in such style. It was a smooth ride, nice cushioned leather seats, privacy, beverages, tinted windows, great customer service. The driver was very courteous and friendly. ASAP Transportation came through in droves for me and my family. First of all, Mr. Chris provided excellent service in getting us in a timely manner to the airport. During the trip, I realized I had left my sportsjacket at the hotel. Chris contacted his colleague, who picked it up and transported it to the airport in plenty of time before our flight. In addition, my daughter left a trinket of sentimental value in Chris's van and was devastated by the prospect of its loss. He found it and mailed it in a package to me. This company here is Heaven sent I called at 2:30 am to book a ride to the airport and was here in 10 minutes VERY PROFESSIONAL THANK YOU!!!...... (because the other company I had booked told me "you gonna have to wait" then stopped answering the phone, then finally answered and cursed me and my wife out).....to anyone who smarter then I was don't depend on any other company but this one take it from me I learned my lesson this morning... We were in a bind to get to the airport early in the morning when we discovered there was no Lyft or Uber available at 6am. The Embassy Suites was no help as they told us the were no taxi services at 6:30am. I went on line and found ASAP Car & Taxi Service. Chris Hawkins (the owner) answered the phone and said he would be there in 20 min. (actually 12Min). He was courteous, professional and funny, and put us at ease about getting to our flight on time. Chris at ASAP drive me to the Memphis airport from the Crowne Plaza. His van was new, clean and comfortable. Chris was kind and helpful. During the ride, I realized I had left my phone at the hotel upon checkout. Chris offered to bring me back to the hotel, called the hotel to ensure my phone would be found and safe guarded, and did everything he could to get me back to the airport as quickly as possible. I accidentally left my credit card in one of Chris's van that took us back from downtown to my hotel late evening. I called to see if it was in the van and Chris took time to search the vehicle while he was attending a wedding ceremony. He called me back and told me he had located it. ASAP helped my sister get on the plane on time! The initial local taxi service we selected, called 15 minutes before they were supposed to be at my sister's, to say they had a flat tire.
