Beyond that, when air travel became challenging, Yvonne was texting and calling me while I was in the airport to help me by finding me a hotel to stay in overnight with transportation from the airport that had dinner open until midnight, and even had a toiletry kit waiting for me. It kept me calm while a plane of people were crowding gate agents to get help. Even with the time change, Yvonne was texting and asking how I was doing and if I needed anything.
