Sorry to say I can only remember one of the driver's name Victor but both GENTLEman were so sweet and assisted me up and down and put my mind at ease of getting on and off the bus every single time. He explained to me (before just doing it) putting his arm around my waist so I could put my arm around his neck if I needed for extra support on taking that BIG step down!!! I have been telling EVERYONE about the wonderful awesome job these men did driving and taking care of all of us those two days and how sweet and nice they were to each and everyone of the men and women who got on and off their bus. Thanks for everything and if I had a million dollars trust me I would give them each half of it.

My family and I booked a trip from out of state just to do the luxury wine tour this company offers…read morehowever the address of the meet up location was unclear and not provided until 2 days before the tour departure. The address of the winery is what is provided before purchasing and this was the address used for booking our stay. By the time the meet up address was sent my party had already booked and fully paid for our Airbnb which was close to the winery but 75 miles from the new meet up location. We were at the winery on time and even called to speak with someone but got no answer. When I did get in touch with them via email for a refund I was told I should have called or met them at the winery... but by then the entire brunch would have been missed! Just be careful when purchasing tickets and traveling from out of of state you should try to contact them to get the correct address before paying
