There are 2 locations and it can be hard to get an appointment at first. We were able to consistently able to schedule Tuesday appointments to keep the babies on a schedule. His sessions were on 30 minutes long instead of an hour because he was so young. Shelly taught us different exercises to help him meet milestones and she was always very encouraging. The office staff was the only semi downside. In the beginning they were not the most friendly or welcoming. After continuing to go they started to warm up and become more welcoming. There was one incident around our third or fourth session. When you start you can put a card on file so they can charge you your copay. We had gone there with no problem the first few weeks and then all the sudden I received a text stating I didn't pay for the session and there wasn't a card on file. I am not sure if they confused my son with someone else but there certainly was a card on file and they left a not so great impression to me.

So I started to search around to see who would be able to have my insurance cover it. Vista Physical Therapy in Alliance gave me a call back and let me know they accept my insurance and that it would be covered. So I signed up with them for twice a week with my $25 copay. I walked in one day at the beginning of February (One and a half months after starting with them) and saw a weird balance on my account. I got worried because, I am already on a tight budget with everything else as is. So before I went in, I had them look to see what that was. The woman at the front assured me it was a mistake on the address for the insurance company and that everything was covered and good. She told me to just make my copay payment. So sure enough, I went for another month without anything being said to me about it. I paid everytime I went in and have an emailed receipt for every visit. In March, I get a call. Apparently, my insurance never covered occupational therapy and only would cover physical therapy. So they told me my balance was over $3k. First off, I confirmed with them 4 different times to make sure it was covered. You don't sell someone on a $25 copay and then come back and go "oh by the way, it actually wasn't covered and its going to be over $100 per session". Thats the business' mistake and the appropriate thing to do would have been to say "Hey, we messed up. Thats on us but going forward this is what you would need to pay per session". I would have never spent over $1k a month on 2 times a week when I already owe thousands in other medical bills. I've already spoken to a medical lawyer. I am very appalled by the situation and the way they handled it. I would like to note that the only reason I have 2 stars is because my therapist, Tori, was great.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. I went to her because she promised to help me with some speech problems that resulted from my tmj surgeries. She did not. She is more interested in pushing referrals to the doctors (im pretty sure there is some sort of kickback that occurs given how insistent she was about it.) I had a very small/slight almost non-existent tie, that several doctors had told me were not worth the risk of releasing. My speech issues were due to nerve damage from my surgery. Anyway, it was a huge waste of money and regret going.

Gina, who is their front desk lead and deals with insurance, is kind, she's smart, and she's personable. It's a highlight of my week getting to have a chat with her. I have three kids, all who attend speech twice a week at Jump Start and I've seen most of the therapists there. They are all lovely. They CARE about my kids, their interests, they hug them with genuine love and affection. They treat every single patient whether 1 or 21 with RESPECT. They embody the phrase "not being able to talk isn't the same as having nothing to say". I recommend them without hesitation.
