There are 2 locations and it can be hard to get an appointment at first. We were able to consistently able to schedule Tuesday appointments to keep the babies on a schedule. His sessions were on 30 minutes long instead of an hour because he was so young. Shelly taught us different exercises to help him meet milestones and she was always very encouraging. The office staff was the only semi downside. In the beginning they were not the most friendly or welcoming. After continuing to go they started to warm up and become more welcoming. There was one incident around our third or fourth session. When you start you can put a card on file so they can charge you your copay. We had gone there with no problem the first few weeks and then all the sudden I received a text stating I didn't pay for the session and there wasn't a card on file. I am not sure if they confused my son with someone else but there certainly was a card on file and they left a not so great impression to me.

Gina, who is their front desk lead and deals with insurance, is kind, she's smart, and she's personable. It's a highlight of my week getting to have a chat with her. I have three kids, all who attend speech twice a week at Jump Start and I've seen most of the therapists there. They are all lovely. They CARE about my kids, their interests, they hug them with genuine love and affection. They treat every single patient whether 1 or 21 with RESPECT. The sensory therapy playtimes have allowed her to develop new ways of relieving sensory overstimulation as well as shown her how to get the extra sensations she needs on a daily basis to calm anxiety and distress. We are continually amazed at the dedicated, personalized experience she receives and we love every staff member we have encountered. We drive half an hour to get there and it is always worth it. My daughter attends sensory therapy twice a week, every week. The drive time and the cost are more than worth seeing the achievements our daughter continues to make. Speaking specifically to sensory therapy, Unwind is awesome. They have several rooms for sensory help and children are encouraged to try out various tools. The platform swing is our daughter's personal favorite, but Unwind offers play to fit anywhere on the sensory spectrum. There is a water table, sensory sand, a rock climbing wall and a ball pit that plays whale sounds, just to name some of the awesome activities and tools this place has to offer. We haven't participated in the physical therapy/speech therapy/etc programs outside of this summer's camps, so I can't offer a well-rounded review of those offerings. I can say that the integrated camps have been amazing. The way the various therapies are rolled together while remaining FUN for the kids is truly awesome. He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back!
