Just a random opening here and there. Consistency in therapy matters so much and seeing the same therapist is of utmost importance. This is not the right way to run a business. If you don't have openings, just don't do intakes, don't be greedy.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. If I have any issues or concerns about goals or struggles that my son is having, they make suggestions for exercises that we can do at home, they work in tandem with his doctors orders/requests, and they are always positive! *I recommend Beelieve to all of my mom friends, even if you're just looking for an evaluation to see where your child is at, or you have some questions I would give them a call. You won't be disappointed! :)

I honestly would never step foot back into this facility. I wasted 3-4 months here with my kid and…read moremade very minimal progress. My child did not want to engage with the therapist and would try to get out of the room. I cried session leaving there because goals and what they were working on was all over the board. I am a teacher in fact, an early childhood interventionist myself and this was not good practice at all. When requesting my child's copy of his evaluation it has another childs name in the middle of his goals. There were things in his evaluation they never mentioned to me... therapist beat around the bush. They mentioned doing an OT eval so we did and he did not qualify and performed in normal limits in all areas. The paper they gave me the day of evaluation only stated expressive language delay but when requesting the formal copy.. it says MIXED receptive and expressive delay.. I took my son else where and he immediately started talking and had him re evaluated and it was NOTHING like the one I got from this place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My child is a completely different kid since we left here. THEY TOTAL UNDERMINDED MY KID.

There were definitely some growing pains throughout the transition, but one thing that never changed was the care and compassion shown by the regular staff. As my mother's health declined, she spent time at a local hospital. While there, I was told that patients coming from Willow Park were typically in better condition and better cared for than patients from other neighboring facilities. That comment stayed with me. I won't say this facility is perfect. Honestly, the thought of needing to live in any type of care facility someday terrifies me. But unfortunately, there came a point when my mother needed a level of care that I simply could not provide on my own. My mother ultimately passed away, but the care and compassion I witnessed from the staff during her time there is something I will never forget. They knew her. They cared about her. They helped her through an incredibly difficult phase of her life and they helped me through one of the most difficult phases of mine. While I was not always impressed with the agency staff who occasionally worked at the facility, I am incredibly grateful for the management, nurses, aides, laundry staff, kitchen staff, and the many regular employees who cared for my mother. In her final days, I witnessed firsthand just how deeply some of them cared for her. Their compassion was genuine, and it meant more to me than I can adequately put into words. My mother was able to receive care that I was not able to provide myself, and I will always be grateful to the people who cared for her, comforted her, and treated her as someone they truly knew--not simply as a resident.
