He seemed a bit nervous and asked the manager about it and that manager was so patient and helpful to that young man. The manger then went to the register and showed him how to ring the items up as it's a different way than the food. He guided him and was encouraging him the whole time. The manager went in back to get me my CANE leg lamp plushie out of a brand new box. As I was waiting I had a chance to observe the crew working and handling the drive thru. Wow they were all into of their game and it was a good cohesive bunch. It makes sense to see this as whenever I go thru the drive thru everything is always correct and given to me in an appropriate time and NEVER with contempt or a bad attitude. There was a crew member who was making kids meals bags and asked if I wanted some stickers to go with my Christmas story plushie, they were also Christmas story themed.
