The manger then went to the register and showed him how to ring the items up as it's a different way than the food. He guided him and was encouraging him the whole time. The manager went in back to get me my CANE leg lamp plushie out of a brand new box. As I was waiting I had a chance to observe the crew working and handling the drive thru. Wow they were all into of their game and it was a good cohesive bunch. It makes sense to see this as whenever I go thru the drive thru everything is always correct and given to me in an appropriate time and NEVER with contempt or a bad attitude.
