Went through the drive thru this morning. The person taking my order was friendly and upbeat. Got to the window and Karla, who took payment and gave me my order, put me in a bad mood. She was rude. Did not make eye contact, did not smile, did not say hi when I said hi. And did not say anything when I said thank you. I always love the friendliness of the employees. A simple acknowledgement if I speak to someone is appreciated. Today Karla is passing her bad mood on to her customers in addition to our orders. Food was good. read more

I'm not sure if anything has changed recently here at this location they may be a cost saving effort they're trying to implement, but lately the biscuits are absolutely terrible. You could tell they're frozen and then reheat it up later as opposed to how they used to be the tops are hard and crunchy and just have a strange texture and taste to them. In the world of customer service you expect Chick-fil-a to continue to exceed. Tonight at the Parker, CO location not only was I a bit sticker shocked, but had customer service experience I never expected. I ordered a number six 12 piece, made the fire a large and asked for the berry frost for a drink. When the young lady at the window by the name of Cadence told me my order was $18 and some change I was a bit shocked. So I repeated it and she said yes $18. Then I said "for a 12 piece meal?" She rolled her eyes and said "yes" and a snide tone. She took my card, ran it and handed it back to with the receipt. Turned around and started speaking to the older gentleman standing there. Bobbing her head and chatting away. I figured she was talking about me by her movements. The confirmation came when he looked around her. We made eye contact and he moved back in-front of her and continued to talk. I finally got my food and she handed me my drink. I said thank you and she replied "ya" and turned around. Never in the over 40 years that I have been going to chick-fil-a been treated with such a snippy attitude. Then chose to talk about me while I was still there. I tried this location yesterday. I think im just burned out on fast food. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and fries The chicken patty was obviously sitting out and was tough. The meat was so thin that most of the patty was breading on breading. I went to get a new Sandwhich and a manager with a 1990s man bun agreed it was egregious and was completely unapologetic but made me a new Sandwhich. I'm definitely not going back to this location. I was so impressed by the staff today. I went in with my 3-year-old for breakfast and couldn't help but notice one of their employees, Tyler, diligently cleaning the tables. Yesterday after a doctors visit I took my newborn and 4 yr old to lunch and to let the toddler burn off some energy in the play place. Leaving my hands were full of meals and drinks plus a car seat and holding onto my toddlers hand. Sarah noticed I had a lot going on and offered to help me to car. She took the food and drinks so that I could hold the littles hand. Then even stood by him while I clicked in the newborn just to be sure he didn't get hurt. Her kindness made my whole day and I told eli on the way home how amazing that act of a servant's heart really touches people and to never be afraid to offer help to someone that has their hands full. This Chick-fil-A has gone way downhill. The food has gotten worse, the service is much much slower. There's barely any variety on the menu, chicken, chicken, fries and more chicken. Multiple times in the last month or two I've waited 20-25 minutes to receive an order after I check in at curbside while the drive thru line gets cleared multiple times. I was actually having a pretty rough day so I decided to make my evening a little easier by doing curbside pickup so I didn't need to worry about dinner or waiting in the drive thru. I placed my order at 6:43pm and arrived at my curbside spot around 7. After waiting 15 minutes (7:15pm), I called the store to see if my order was lost. No one answered, so the only way to speak to someone was to go back around in wait in the drive through since I was in my PJs and couldn't go inside. I waited another 8 minutes or so in the drive thru just to talk to someone and one of the employees said someone was on the way out with my order. Its now almost 7:25, I'm handed my bag of food and the entire bottom the bag opens up all over my car (the bin the bag was carried out in was wet which made the bag soggy, leading for it to break). Now there's fry grease, fries that dropped between the console and seat that I can't get out, and whatever was wet on the bag all over my car. The girls were apologetic, had the good remade, but now I have this mess in my new car. I know they didn't mean it, but it was a pretty crappy way to end my day, to be honest. What started as a easy way to get dinner, ended up costing me 50 minutes for fast food, along with a mess of a car that happened only because I went to Chik fil a. Came through the drive through today and explained that I needed to split my payment up to two separate cards and they said that was fine I just needed to do it at the window. so I ordered and waited through the line and when I got to the window they told me that i can't use two separate cards and wouldn't let me pay. You can count on CFA for excellent chicken and waffle fries every visit. We've frequented this location several times since moving to the area last year. We were recently here for a school fundraiser and even though the place was PACKED they were efficient and friendly. Food was served hot and fast. Appreciate they almost always have staff manning the tables and providing drink refills without needing to leave your table. I also love their app and the ability to place my order before arriving - makes ordering for a family a breeze. Then just click a button when you arrive and your food is ready - hot and fast. Doesn't hurt that using the app earns you rewards! Who doesn't love free food! read more

Cleaned out gutters and got hungry. Stopped by for lunch. The restaurant was busy with diners and drive through but the servers were still friendly and cheerful. He took our order and made my chocolate milkshake. It was much needed for a hot day - tasty and cold. We sat down and waited for our meal, drinking our cold drinks. It came a short time later. Spicy chicken sandwich for me and deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal for him. I admit I stole some of his waffle fries and they were good. Fried just right and not too salty. They have a tablet menu so you can order in advance and have a be ready when you get there. This is probably the cleanest fast food restaurant you'll ever find. It does take a bit longer to get lunch food in the morning, but while they say it could be 15 minutes, it never takes that long. A thought for the company, allow for the purchase to take place immediately when ordered on the app. (Include a confirmation and disclosure). In this way the customer takes responsibility for being there for pickup at 15 minutes. This will help with the lines that wrap around the restaurant and move people in and out of the ToGo space(s) faster. Yes, I now eat more chicken and salads than burgers! Love this place! read more

I placed an order online for curbside pick up about 10 minutes before I arrived. The restaurant was not busy. I saw three cars enter the drive up immediately after I parked in a curbside slot. All three cars received their orders and I was still waiting. I ordered online to save time as I had an appointment. I had to get out and go inside to get my order. There was only one customer at the counter. I asked to see a manager, only to see that the manager was just standing around not even helping out with anything. My food had been sitting on a counter and was not being delivered. This store is the most unorganized Chic-Fil-A that I have ever been to. The Pioneer Hills and the Southlands locations run like clockwork even when they are extremely busy. This is a very mis-managed location and I will never order from them again. We mobile ordered and once we sat down she came to inform us that the drinks we had ordered were out of stock, not a big deal but not only did Emma provide another drink option for us but she also gave us an extra side and some chicken minis to enjoy! I've never heard of a place closing for several months for renovations to make the location actually worse 1. Why on earth would you remove a full line of booths from the glass window of your play area? Ontop of that then install a screen so you can't see the play area. Do you know your customer base? You've now eliminated half the seats parents sat in to keep an eye on their kids! 2. It's pretty obvious you have a major window/insulation problem. As seen by all your guests having to wear their coats when dining in. Sit next to the windows and it's basically like having the windows open. From a customer that used to come every single Friday- I hope you resolve these two issues soon, or you have lost me as a customer for good - and I certainly won't be the only one. My daughter and I went in for the play area but the line looked liked it was truckin'. This place was totally packed but, again, the entire staff and kitchen seemed to be up for the challenge. The manager was walking the floor and he was super friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to introduce himself to everyone (without being creepy about it ).
