I heard how wonderful the market salad. I went through the drive thur and ordered a market salad with grilled chicken and no cheese. The market salad says it has fruit in the salad. The customer service was great. When I got home I looked at the salad. I could not see any fruit. I thought maybe it was underneath the chicken. I had gotten 8 blueberries, 4 strawberry slices and 3 diced apple pieces. Between the chicken and fruit, maybe that made up for 1/4 of the salad. Most of the salad was lettuce. I was so disappointed. I will try another chick-filet somewhere. Maybe the next one will not be so chintzy on the chicken and fruit! read more

I do not come to Chick-Fil-A that frequently. This is mostly likely because (insert first world problem here) I typically seem to want it on a Sunday, which is verboten in Chick-Fil-A land. It seems a bit odd to be closed on Sundays, but if the employees enjoy it, and the owners want to do it, then so be it. If you don't like this, or you have political concerns (no comment) you are free to take your business elsewhere. That said, although I generally like the food here, it does not seem like you get a lot of value for your dollar versus other fast food franchises. The basic chicken sandwich seems boring and overpriced to me. I do enjoy the somewhat spendy waffle fries. Perhaps my favorite menu item, is the diet lemonade. It is extremely tart, and rather tasty. A final complaint. The design of many Chick-Fil-A's (including this one), means that the drive-thru circles the whole building. This means that walk-in customers, have to dodge cars (and vice-versa) no matter from which side they enter. It seems illogical to me. read more

Lately, the fast food service has been pretty rough with the labor shortage but somehow Chick-fil-A dominates again and again. The service is always spectacular. There is hardly any wait ever, even at the busiest (lunch hour rush) time. The staff is ALWAYS professional and courteous. And the food is always quality to what you order. Went here around 3 a clock, we just went through the drive through and got some amazing food. The staff like normal were very nice and quick to help. The chick-fil-a was not to busy during this time, but when they are busy don't feel scared because they get through the drive through very fast, or you could just go inside! The food was very good today like usual, the order was made right, like normal. I got a 8 piece nugget meal with some fries. Fries were also very amazing! If you want Chick-fil-A come on down because they will help you out very quickly. I have never had a problem with this place, they always strive to make it right! Thank you for having a GF option on bread! First time that I tried eating fast food since I was diagnosed with Celiac & I had to search for quick dinner options. The grilled chicken was juicy and tasty the GF bread was okay... alittle stale or dry (not sure which one) which was a little disappointing. The waffle fries were great along with the lemonade. Generally, Chick-fil-A does a great job with their orders, however it's time to avoid curbside if you can. I waited nearly 25 minutes for the food to come out curbside. This not effective, and makes me want to just say screw the $10 and go somewhere else. The management has definitely changed at this location, as I don't recognize many of the faces that I've seen in prior management. My recommendation is that they focus on their service level because today it was ineffective and I don't know if I can return to this location anytime soon read more

As with every Chik-Fil-A location I've ever been to, the staff is courteous, helpful and speaks clearly through the drive thru! I don't eat a lot of fast food, so it's nice to have an option for a juicy, grilled chicken sandwich from here when I need to stop at a drive-thru. I'm a HUGE fan of their milkshakes and love then the peach is in season. The breakfast menu given different options than the typical fast food -- love those chicken minis. read more

Not sure if it was the owner or the manager, but somebody stopped by our table to thank us for coming to his location. My son dropped his milkshake by accident and within minutes someone was there to clean up the mess and brought us a new one. Great customer service and manners by every person who works there. Ok so I have never been a Chick-fil-A patron myself however my family and friends all say it is the second coming of food due to the cult following. Now I can relate to this as I am an In-N-Out Burger cult member myself. So I just recently tried Chick-fil-A in Parker and I was immediately hooked on the simplicity and great flavor so I have now been swinging by a couple times a month. We recently decided to try the Chick-fil-A app and tried order in advance as the one complaint is the lines are ridiculous almost all the time, even though they do a great job managing the lines, which is also a testament to the food I suppose. My wife and I used the Chick-Fil-A app for the first time today and ordered in advance at 12:30... prime busy time... and clicked the "i am here" button upon turning into the restaurant and I did not even have the necessary time to park before an associate darted out of the building at a mad dash with my hot food in hand and ran up to my truck and asked if I was Dan. I was truly stunned as it took about 30 seconds in all before I was in and out of the parking lot and the line was probably 10-15 deep at that point. That was AWESOME! Keep it up as that is the only way I will order going forward. read more

This is my favorite place to eat by far! The customer service has always been so good! They all know my name! But as of recent there is one employee that has always been very rude to my boyfriend and I when we go. As an example tonight I asked for a half sweet and half unsweetened tea, and he rudely replied with no we can't do that, so sweet or unsweetened. Also, any time I miss pronounce a word on my order, he is very quick to correct me in a disrespectful manner. I'm very disappointed with the service lately. read more

Top-notch Customer Service! I was headed home after shopping at Sprouts and decided to stop at Chic-Fil-A. This was at about 9:30pm and they close at 10. Ordered my food everything is going fine. Get to the window, pay and promptly receive my food. I begin to leave the drive-thru and after a bit of the ways out... I see an employee flag me down! The same guy who took my money! So he tells me that they forgot my Chicken Salad Sandwich and he's going to bring it right out. How cool is that?! He literally ran and caught me and gave me the sandwich they forgot. This Chick-Fil-A has some of the best and friendliest employees. I stopped by to use my free breakfast coupon and was treated as well as if I had spent a thousand dollars. My kids and I enjoy it here. The play area keeps my little one entertained while I sip some coffee and use their free Wi-Fi. Yes, it's fast food. But for fast food, it is pretty good. The menu is kind of limited, but I don't mind because what they do have is that good. This is the closest and preferred location for me.
