The contracting and scheduling process was efficient and the team started on time and was courteous to neighbors. The team, led by Abraham, worked incredibly hard and carefully. We have underground electrical and irrigation lines as well plants in full bloom that they navigated with care. Abraham consulted with us whenever there was a choice to be made (ie: slope lines) and we took his advice each time - his recommendations produced a far better product than what we had initially requested. Abraham recommended and changed the orientation of our door so it would be more safe for our family. A true pro who was not just doing the job but ensuring the family behind the gates are better off in the long run. I also needed the width of the gate widened because originally they made the opening too narrow, so they were able to widen the opening before the rest of the fence was installed. I appreciate them checking with me halfway through the project. A few weeks ago one of the posts was failing I put in a warranty claim. They came out quickly and replaced it. In the end, we decided to move forward with Cool Cat and had a pretty decent experience with them. Yes, they're a bit more pricey than some others but we felt like overall the quality seemed better. The communication was a little spotty in the sense of being bounced around from project managers throughout the process. I don't believe the PM we were speaking with was there during fence installation. I'm thankful that they were pretty responsive with us when we had questions. In the end they did a great job and were happy with the fence. They worked quickly and efficiently and didn't leave a mess thankfully. They installed a turnbuckle for our gate which was a nice addition too. Gene was the main guy for the project and he did a great job!

We had to replace our wooden fence after septic replacement. In the first visit, they gave us an estimate, a date when they will be able to come. Their sales person did not try to upsell us. He was knowledgeable and tried to give us options based on what we needed. He told us we didn't need to replace most of the posts and reduced our cost. The crew arrived on time, we didn't have to baby sit them. They finished the job cleanly and went away. Second time, we had to call them to repair a metal fence damaged by a fallen tree. This time, they just asked for pictures, they gave me a range over email and scheduled their crew. The crew had all the material and they finished super fast. They could have asked us any money and we would have paid because we had open house that weekend. Instead, they focused on solving the problem and got out as fast as they can so avoid any negative impression on realtors showing the house.

They even put in easy latches down low enough for the short old lady (me). They were courteous, cleaned up and if I have another project, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. My fence is beautiful!
