Mike was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, showing me how to check and reset things on my dashboard controls. LONG STORY SHORT: Zimbrick completely tried to rip off my brother and lied about what work needs to…read morebe done on his car. They made him think the car was unsafe to drive, so he did not have a vehicle to drive for two weeks, only to find out there was nothing wrong with his car. This is a review posted for my brother's experience specifically at the Zimbrick Honda dealership's service center on Grand Canyon Drive. AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COSTS!! They are dishonest about what work your car needs, and they will try to rip you off completely. My brother was told by the Zimbrick sevice center that his car was leaking transmission fluid from the axle seals. They also mentioned that his air intake hose was about to tear, and it needed to be replaced immediately. Both of these were strange findings as his car is not that old and has relatively low mileage. So, he took the car to Goodyear (on 608 Washington Ave.) to get another quote and a second look. Zimbrick quoted him for $840 for the transmission fluid issues, while the folks at Goodyear quoted him for literally HALF the cost. However, they also said they couldn't find a leak. Apparently, his car's seals were totally fine. As for the air intake hose, Goodyear found that it's only slightly worn from weather and time, but it still looked fine. The mechanic at Goodyear said they wouldn't recommend my brother to go out of his way to replace it until a light comes on for it on the dashboard of the car Overcharging is standard for dealerships, so that's to be expected, but it is totally unacceptable to tell customers that urgent service must be completed when there are zero problems. Zimbrick inconvenienced my brother for two weeks because he couldn't drive his car during that time, and it turns out it was all a lie! BONUS ADVICE: Seriously, go to the Goodyear on 608 Washington Ave. when you need stuff done for your car. They're so honest and they're such standup people there. They went one step further after checking over my brother's car to say that they weren't comfortable charging him with anything because no services needed to be done. They didn't even charge my brother for the part they ordered because they will just send it back for him at no cost. How amazing is that, right?!

We were able to check out the various cars on the floor without being hounded or bombarded by questions until we were ready to engage with a salesperson. While other places were clearly trying to sell us on their cars, only asking as much as needed for a potential sale and showing off their entire lineup, Acura's Joseph Gapinski got to know us, actually listening to what we wanted and needed. He was deliberate with where he directed our attention, ensuring his recommendations aligned with what we were looking for and taking care to mention features that would be especially applicable to us. He was understanding when we mentioned wanting to visit more places to get a feel for what's out there, and he was there for us when we returned to reassess. Throughout our visits, Joe was patient, thoughtful, and attentive--never pushy, and ever helpful. When it was freezing outside, he brought the cars we were interested in indoors so we could comfortably review them without ever facing the wind. He often picked up on our potential concerns and addressed them before we even got a chance to voice them, like when he noticed that the liftgate for a trunk was too high for me to comfortably reach (yes, I'm vertically challenged) and he demonstrated how it could be adjusted lest I thought it was just going to be an inconvenience to tolerate. When it came time to discuss numbers, he was transparent about the process and helped us navigate the options, sorting through the pros and cons, to determine the best route for us. Financing was stress-free and so much easier than expected, nothing like our previous experiences and all the horror stories out there. Our finance person was James and he was similarly affable and transparent, and just as easy to work with. He explained the papers and potential add-ons in layman's terms, made everything super easy to understand, and gave us the space to determine what made sense for us without any pressure or underhanded tactics. We ended up buying a new car here without any of the usual headaches typically associated with car shopping, and it's all thanks to Zimbrick Acura and Joe! We really appreciate Zimbrick Acura's authentic atmosphere and how Joe's considerate, customer-centric approach made each visit a delight; his attention to detail and genuine desire to connect with his customers shows just how much he (and by extension, Zimbrick Acura) cares. We felt valued, being treated like people and not just viewed as a potential sale. Definitely recommend Zimbrick Acura (and especially Joe) if you're looking for a car!!

First impulse was to return and make a case to get this JVC (second choice, following the planned Pioneer I wanted. On arrival I was informed the Pioneer was sold to another customer getting stereo next week.) removed and self-sourcing the original Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX (this is the one i found in my search, not certain it's exactly the same unit.) The frustration was in part probably my doing. I found myself suddenly out of time and was worried about being late. Which I was in the end. When I called to say I was displeased, in short it was decided I'd best return the following morning to sort it out. During the course of the night I researched and found the possible stereo I wanted and it was in stock. But when I went to BB, it was NOT. Not surprised there. But talking to the young man there go me to thinking that I might be ok with the JVC. The GUI displayed that it was Apple play compatible and that Bluetooth was acceptable (duh, yet strangely didn't work!) The idea of Bluetooth is presumed to mean WIRELESS RIGHT?! Yet it's not actually the case. My wife's Subaru ('21) has a stock system and it 'sees' my phone, and it needs a USB to use my IPod Classic. My vehicle is a Honda Odyssey (touring/nav trim), 2008. Being among the first phone integratabtle models, but sadly too dated for smart phones after probably an iPhone 5. Compounded with all pre 2014 Hondas with NAV, Jan 1 2022, they all suddenly did a global Y2K thing. Killing many functions, notably the clock was forever stuck on Jan 2002 and 9something. Turns out, Jason only told me "you can plug a USB cable through the glove box" Which at a glance meant I would have to run a USB thru the glovebox and into the rear of the head unit. I just paid a fee to not have to DIY my stereo install. So I was naturally really pissed off! At the glance, as viewed from the drivers side, when I looked, no USB was there, so I remained confused and mad. Today, I was in the car, and sitting in the passenger seat, thinking I might just go ahead and see about the USB issue, and wonder of wonders! Behold! Tucked neatly inside, and clearly out of view from the far left, is a female USB connector! Upon paging my iPhone 12 in NOW the screen shows the icons I want! The GUI for this is still an irritation, but like any operating system, there's a learning curve that needs attention and time. As for RADIO DOCTOR, I'm a satisfied patient and will be back for routine checkups! Eric and the other guys are great and sometime in the next week or two I'll probably be tasking them with the backup camera work for my ride.

I was making a cross country move,…read moreat about 1100 miles into this 500 mile trip my transmission began to fail around 75 miles from Madison,WI, I called Zimbrick Nissan on High Crossing Blvd. I arrived at the extremely busy service department around noon and was kindly greeted by Quinton, he was very friendly and professional, and managed to get my Juke looked at quickly. My transmission needed to be replaced, they arranged for a ride to pick up a rental car. When the work was completed I flew back Madison on a Thursday, they provided a Lyft pick up at the airport. 25 miles from the dealership my car began to act up again, returned to Zimbrick and they immediately began extensive testing on the vehicle. I was in Madison at the dealership Thursday afternoon, and most of the day Friday. During this time I was provided with a Nissan Kick to drive, and Quinton, Cody and Dave the Service Manager went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They also covered the cost of my hotel! I was so impressed with the integrity, treatment and kindness that was shown to me, as well as observing the courtesy shown to the other customers by Neal, Cody and Quinton, I decided to trade my Juke in and purchased a 2026 Rogue. Dave introduced me to their salesmanBrook Green, who helped me decide on the best Rogue package and financing for me. Trevor handled the financing, all where extremely helpful, and did everything possible to get me the lowest pricing they could.
