I tried Solis Mammogram for the first time two months ago. They were anazing! The local branch…read morewas not particularly fast, but that is because they spend quality time with each person checking in. Everything is filled out and all questions answered to perfection. They had a sign up about you being able to add a bone density test to be done during the mammogram and I quickly signed up for that too. I paid $90 out of pocket for it but it saved me so much time and concern! Once your in the system they get you right back and prepared for your tests. The equipment they use is all top tier, right down to the new shape for the mammogram surface that is extremely comfortable for the first time ever! Everything is very clean and neat and done quite quickly. I never felt rushed, every question I had was thoroughly answered to my full satisfaction. The staff and technician too were all very polite and kind. I felt like I got a great mammogram plus a scan of my bone density level and a heart calcium scan too -- and I had the results in a couple of days! It saved me so much time and effort and it was all very reasonably priced. They are truly outstanding and I'll be back next year and every year afterwards!

Provided images on a disc, for your personal records, and/or to provide to any future providers. As well as providing all images to your recent assigned physician. I came for neck and back injury. I was informed that each will take 30 mins. Total of 1 hour, (in the tunnel.) -1* I would prefer them to, provide a one to two minute break period between the two sections. Verses, continuing to proceed on to the back, once completed with the neck images. In the tunner, you can Not move at all. And for the neck images, which was done first. I had to wear an head/face holder to keep my head and neck in place. With my neck injury I can Not good my head still in one position for an excessive amount of time. (Example 30mins to an hour). Collecting back images I do NOT have to wear the head gear. They should have definitely, slide me out, to remove the head wear. They do however provide, a hand held alarm bulb, (similar to the pump that belongs to a blood pressure cuff). For any assistance. Which I did have to use. Overall experience was good.

I waited longer to be called back then to be checked out he really just looked in my ear and said I'll be back with prescription didn't bother to ask if I had any questions or explain my diagnosis . To top it off they couldn't burn my CD when I had finished because it was "stuck in a queue and they need to wait for IT. This was after another 15 minutes of waiting. All told I was there for over 3 hours and they still didn't have my things so now I need to make a second trip back. The sheer incompetence and inconvenience of this place is pathetic. A gentleman called me back and was making my appointment, but I had a dropped call and he did not call back. I had to call back to make sure I was on put on schedule and this took about another hour. My appointment was at 4 o'clock. I arrived a few minutes to check in and filled out some paperwork. The front receptionist asked for ID & insurance card, she takes the cards from me and asked me to have a seat while she verify my insurance. The gentleman who took my information and made my appt ensured me someone will call me to let me know if everything was good to go and if any payment that would be due (Great, because I hate surprises). No one called about payment/copay due or insurance verified. The front desk was verifying my insurance while I sit and wait. X-ray tech called my name and escorted me to the back. I had to answer some questions before she can start, common procedure. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Overall beautiful and clean facility. If my doctor did not referred me here, I would have gone else where. The whole experience with making an appointment was troublesome.

Kudos to the front desk staff (young man who's name I didn't get), the Rad Tech (Mark) in the back, and the records staff, who made sure I had a CD copy of the scan and later made sure I had access to my report. No one ever came out to tell me the weight would be that long, no one spoke with me about the fact that I had been sitting there that long and when I finally got up and spoke with someone, I was offered an appointment two weeks later. I elected to drive over 30 miles, with tolls, for an appointment at another location and when I got there, I was informed that the weight would be at least 45 minutes to an hour. As I have a Spinal Stimulator, the lady my card. I to her that I had never received a card, but that I brought all the material Abbott Labs had given me, which the box that had all the serial numbers on it. I also explained to her that my phone had an app to turn the stimulator off , put it into airplane mode, or put it into MRI mode. They refused to do the MRI because I had no card and they were not satisfied that the box had the proper numbers. As a matter of fact, that day I called Abbott Labs and the technician texted me a copy of all the numbers they needed, low and behold, they were on the box I had tried to show the young lady. I am now without the scan, I had to money for tolls and gas, and still no MRI. Needless to say, I will find a different provider from now on.

This center is very unorganized, disjointed and not always client friendly. It feels like the…read moreright hand doesn't talk to the left hand. One person schedules, confirms everything is good, days before your appointment you find out ops there's more insurance processing needed. We will call you to reschedule. Weeks later you check in and find out, we're still waiting on your doctor's office. You then help bridge that gap. Then weeks later you find out, we're still waiting on your insurance company. It's taken months to schedule an appointment. Then you're told several times to show up an hour early for contrast, only to get there and you find out you didn't need to be there an hour early but we can't take you early because the tech came in late. Everyone's time is valuable, limited and should not be taken for granted. Then after waiting in the office for the full hour I learn, sorry we can't do your scan our machines aren't equipped! What an awful client experience!!!!! Beautiful new office but the administration & processes needs some serious updating and coaching. This experience has been the worst!!!!
