The office manager offered to call insurance and ad I waited longer (now 1 hour) they came back with a different price of $150. It wasn't the inconvenience that gave them 1 star. It was the apathy, the lack of empathy, the lack of explanation, the feeling that I was causing THEM an inconvenience by even being there like I wasn't doing them any favors. This place needs some customer service training as well as education or assistance on time management. I was not at all surprised at how many people canceled and walked out. ​
