One person schedules, confirms everything is good, days before your appointment you find out ops there's more insurance processing needed. We will call you to reschedule. Weeks later you check in and find out, we're still waiting on your doctor's office. You then help bridge that gap. Then weeks later you find out, we're still waiting on your insurance company. It's taken months to schedule an appointment. Then you're told several times to show up an hour early for contrast, only to get there and you find out you didn't need to be there an hour early but we can't take you early because the tech came in late. Everyone's time is valuable, limited and should not be taken for granted. Then after waiting in the office for the full hour I learn, sorry we can't do your scan our machines aren't equipped! What an awful client experience!!!!! Beautiful new office but the administration & processes needs some serious updating and coaching. This experience has been the worst!!!!

I decided to pay cash since they charge a 3% credit card fee and out of pocket is several hundred dollars. The first thing I noticed when I walked up is how small their waiting area is, there were 11 seats and only one was open. I figured that meant a long wait time. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called in 15 minutes later. I changed into the hospital gown and shortly after they came to get me for the MRI. I was in and out in less than an hour. The facility as a whole was clean and the personnel were all nice.

No one ever came out to tell me the weight would be that long, no one spoke with me about the fact that I had been sitting there that long and when I finally got up and spoke with someone, I was offered an appointment two weeks later. I elected to drive over 30 miles, with tolls, for an appointment at another location and when I got there, I was informed that the weight would be at least 45 minutes to an hour. As I have a Spinal Stimulator, the lady my card. I to her that I had never received a card, but that I brought all the material Abbott Labs had given me, which the box that had all the serial numbers on it. I also explained to her that my phone had an app to turn the stimulator off , put it into airplane mode, or put it into MRI mode. They refused to do the MRI because I had no card and they were not satisfied that the box had the proper numbers. As a matter of fact, that day I called Abbott Labs and the technician texted me a copy of all the numbers they needed, low and behold, they were on the box I had tried to show the young lady. I am now without the scan, I had to money for tolls and gas, and still no MRI. Needless to say, I will find a different provider from now on.

Office. (Also Millenium) the date appointment card??? they didn't enter it in their system so now I have to wait until the three weeks to get my results from a pet scan as imaging won't release the report. Only aCD which does me no good. Danielle's attitude was nope, nope and nope. I have a right to the report, for which Millennium was paid for. Dirty office. Never again. She could have easily said there was nothing she could do, but instead she took the extra time and effort to help us and make sure we were able to get the imaging done. My wife recently received the news that she has a mole that is positive for malignant melanoma…read more She saw a very good doctor at the building next to this one who said a PET scan was important so she could see if the cancer had spread to anywhere else. She said to try to get one ASAP. The imaging center phone support was great, the lady did everything she could to get my wife an appointment. And she ended up getting her in today, which is a Saturday when most of the offices there are closed. The lady who took my wife back to the PET scan room was great and very reassuring. She had to give my wife an injection of a low dose radioactive tracer that the scan will look for, it can accumulate where there is a lot of cellular activity. The test took about 90 minutes, 45 just waiting for the tracer to circulate her body and then 45 for the scan. We should know more in a week when the doctor sees the scan results, this is no fun to go through but MH imagine made it as effortless as possible. Thank you.
