I hadnt hit the bong or even loaded it all I did was put water inside it and bottom falls off and all over you and where ever your at. I asked if they would at least exchange me for a bong that actually works and the rude gal working txt the shystie ass owner who said no. it Had been no more than 15 mins since I live right down the street. I showed the gal working how it's leaking from bottom and how if you do put the correct amount of water inside it the bottom literally sides off And dumps all over you. They do NOT do good busines!! AVOID being their next victim!! They sell garbage products BEWARE!! Even when they were in the wrong they wouldn't even make things right so now all I have is a $50 paper weight since it doesn't work for a bong unless you enjoy it leaking out the bottom or falling apart and dumping water all over you or your house which I did twice when attempting to use it.
