He let me know the morning of when he was on his way and progress getting here (his commute was 90 minutes away). I got a quote for material and he offered to call and get a better price and then I called in to pay for it. What a kind gesture! He and his crew were timely and efficient. Eric explained the process and showed us what he was going to do. When he ran out of material, he got more and when he charged us for the material and trip, he didn't price gouge. He showed us the receipt for the additional materials and that is what we paid. We couldn't be more happy with job and Eric's professionalism.
