I am from out of town and realized in the evening that I needed to do laundry. I found this…read morelaundromat that was open late, and has easy parking. A woman alone at night in a laundromat is not my idea of safe and secure. I never felt unsafe, whether alone or as people came in and out. Be aware that the upper dryers get more use and their heat controls are not as accurate as the lower ones. Overall it was a good experience. P. S. If you haven't used a laundromat in a long time like me, the prices caught me off guard. Then made me laugh at myself.

Dryers took forever, adding cost while they failed to function properly. One washing machine broke after I put my detergent and money in. When I called the number, the owner advised me to move my detergent soaked clothes to another machine. As I was folding I realized my clothes picked up an awful smell from the washers and/or dryers and I spent $75 more dropping off my then-stinky clothes down the road to be redone because I was pressed for time. Owner said he would reimburse me, asked for my address to send a check, and never followed through. Months later, when I called to ask why, he said I needed to send him a receipt, something he initially said wasn't needed. I never bothered digging up my bank records or retrieving receipts from the log books where they did a much better job (across from the bus station). Just vowed to share my experience of their awful environment and the owner's idea of service in a review at some point. So now you know.

The temperatures in the house dropped to 40 degrees and in a panic I started calling anyone I could get a hold of after business hours. I had a stellar experience since my first conversation with the business owners. They helped me troubleshoot and came to my home right away when I could not resolve the issue myself. I was even more impressed with the technician's skills. Devin effectively narrowed in on the malfunctioning parts and replaced them with parts stocked in the service truck. He was friendly and took the time to explain how the system worked and what his plan of action was. The rates were very reasonable and the service was exceptional.
