I went to the another shop, one recommended to me for their integrity, who stated they would look for free and fix whatever they found. Turns out, there was no leak in the first place, and that the dripping had other explanations not requiring any expensive intervention. Chapel Hill Tire has lost my trust. Do not give these fearmongerers and scammers your business. Their shiny new interior is paid for by your dollars, once they scare you into paying for things you don't need. If anything, get a second opinion and a quote from another place.

I used fix a flat to get home from work but ,the gentleman who looked at my tire, discovered that the fix a flat had literally plugged the hole from inside (it tends to do that sometimes but I had to make sure). He gave me a complementary air pressure check for all four tires and charged me nothing for his service which I thought was very, very nice because he did put in a lot of effort to find any possible leaks and pressurize my tires. I thoroughly recommend this business because of the hospitality, the cleanliness, the obvious improvements and the quality of service.

On one repair, they replaced spark plugs only to find out later that the spark plugs they put on were used. Their mechanics have given her incorrect information about what was wrong with the car, even though they did diagnostic tests and charged over $100 for the test. So far, none of the repair experiences have gone without problems, in spite of charging her spending several thousand. As a customer, she expects the mechanics to know what they are doing, fix it the first time and not take advantage of her. Needless to day, we will not use them again or recommend them.
