They are not the cheapest game in town, but they always get the job done and they've kept my old BMW on the road, even though I'm in real estate and practically live in my car. With that in mind, they are still much more reasonable than the dealership! The only reason I gave them just 4 stars is because they left a valve cover off one time, but they fixed it immediately and got me back on the road. They are also very tactful,..like when I accidentally run into/over/through something and need them to make all of that go away. They look at me like that sort of thing could happen to anyone and they just get right to work. Bless them!

Dash lights flickered, air came on, and electrical worked in the car, but engine would not start. I suspected the alternator or starter since it appeared the battery was working. Long story short we got our car towed and taken to Massey Brother's. They took it in on a Thursday at noon and it was ready the next day. They were quick and honest with our repairs. I'd totally recommend this business. Thanks again!

I brought the car to the Ford service center to have the electrical system looked at ( for a $125 fee!). The service tech said "you need a new battery it tests "recharge and test"". I told them that I didn't believe it was the battery. The ford service tech said "computer isn't showing any codes" and refused to do any other diagnostic tests. He said they could only sell me a new battery (at $155!!!) but that was it. I picked it up decided I wasn't going to spend any more money Ford "Service Center". I took my Cmax back to my Morgan Auto mechanic and showed him what Ford said and he laughed. He said, he would test the electrical system and see if he could figure it about. 1 HOUR later the Morgan mechanic called me and said he found an electrical ground and fixed it and believed that was the draw on battery. Ford Service center is a JOKE. Their service people are no better than tech support. Morgan employs actual mechanics and actual repair your vehicle. I have used Morgan for simply repairs - oil change, tire replacement, battery replacement for year. I now know I can and WILL take all my automobile repair business to them.

Every time I have been impressed with their professionalism and their quality work. When I needed both catalytic converters replaced on my car, I called several auto repair and muffler shops. Most said they wouldn't do the work on my car, and many quoted prices just slightly under what my dealer would charge. I finally called JR and they quoted me a much more reasonable price. I wanted to make sure they fully understood what I needed, as the other places made it seem like replacing the catalytic converters was some daunting task, but they told me it was no big deal and to bring it in. I bought my cats online, and they were happy to replace the parts and only charged me for labor. Afterwards, my check engine light went off, and all was good with my car. I've brought mine and my wife's car to JR's a few other times, and I've always been happy with the work. They are very welcoming, and do not pressure you into doing any unnecessary work. I would recommend JR Auto Repair to anyone who wants great customer service, quality work, and fair prices.

I wasn't sure if they actually did rotate my tires, so I called & was told yes, indeed they did. The guy on the phone told me they keep the same tires in front & the same in back. well, I just got another rotation elsewhere, & they told me my tires were terrible & had not been rotated in a WHILE. Very disappointing this company lied to my face & charged me for a service they didn't even provide. Will not be returning, very disappointing. Adding more since I just removed my cabin air filter. I also paid for my filters to be replaced, & judging by these pictures taken TODAY, these were not changed when I came in. I'm in absolute utter disbelief. Wish I could give a negative star review. You guys should be ashamed.

The whole place had such good vibes: everyone I met was pleasant, upbeat, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I got to meet the owner, Steve, along with my car's new bff Pablo, who went above and beyond during what was scheduled as a simple service visit. He affixed my front license plate, cleaned the inside of my windshield (!), let me tag along on the test drive, and even brought me into the shop to see my car's underside once it was up in the air. How did he know I would absolutely love that? Little things mattered too: the waiting area was comfortable, clean, sunny, and quiet, with a thoughtfully planned garden out front. Rates were refreshingly reasonable--and not one cent over the estimate. It was such an exceptional experience, one that gave me real confidence and peace of mind that my car is in good hands. Three cheers for Wasp Automotive!
