Left no mess behind & final charge was the same price as they originally quoted. Can't argue with that!

Barak, our rep, held our hand from the very first contact all the way through the final sign off. We ended up replacing the windows throughout the whole house with Sivan. Remodeling can be such a messy business, so I really appreciate contractors who respect our home and leave their workspace clean. The Sivan crew left things cleaner than they found them, they vacuumed afterward and everything looked spick-and-span. Of everything we've done in our remodel so far, the new windows have made one of the biggest differences. We're happy with the result and would absolutely recommend Sivan Windows.

Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. The door install was done so expertly by Chad who installed an exterior door with new frame, bottom sill and dog proof kick plate. This was a stellar experience from beginning to end!…read more We spoke with Amanda Rodriguez over two different visits and she could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. We had tons of questions and decisions about what best matched the original look of the windows from our 1939 house. We finally decided on what windows we wanted replaced and put down a deposit. A second team member came out weeks later to confirm the measurements. And some weeks after that, the installation team of Juan and Erik came out to do the install. (They even started by doing the measurements a third time to make sure everything was correct! And it was.) They had told us that the job might take the whole day, but they carefully removed the old ones, installed the new ones and cleaned up afterward in only about six hours. It was a flawless experience. Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind, warm and knowledgable. And the new windows look stunning - while still matching the look of the almost 90-year old home. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We are incredibly disappointed with the sliding door we got installed earlier this year. Within a…read morecouple months, the door started failing and it's been a major headache trying to get anyone to fix it. We are shocked it would have so many problems so quickly, especially after the thousands of dollars we spent, and we're concerned how it will hold up moving forward. Within a few weeks of it being installed, it became so sticky and difficult to slide open we had to use our entire bodies to pull and push the door open and closed. It got to the point where we could barely use the door. Then, the siding started falling off like cheap plastic. When we reached out to have someone come fix it, we were told it was a manufacturer problem and it would be several weeks before anyone could come out. We explained we could barely use the door and couldn't wait several weeks to have it fixed. After some back and forth and 2-3 weeks of waiting, we were finally able to get someone to come out. I kid you not, two days after the guy left, we were locking the door as we always do and the spring mechanism came flying off. Now we're not able to use the door at all. We've been trying for 2+ weeks to get someone to come back and fix it, but we keep being told "the ticket is in the queue". Bottom line, we deeply regret using this contractor and this manufacturer. The door is terrible quality and the problems are to no end. For the money we spent and the amount of problems it's had we should be offered some kind of refund or a new door installation. I urge you to look elsewhere.
