The initial consultation was pointless, Dr. Pandey told me what I already knew was my issue so his next step was to have a procedure. I agree and scheduled, once again payment needed before anything else. The day of procedure Dr Pandey was very unprofessional, before I went under anesthesia I saw him pull out his cell phone multiple times and even in the operating room. Not even a walmart employee is on their cell phone while working! I had my procedure done on March 4th with results that needed a biopsy I was told it would take 2 weeks for the results. It has been over 3 weeks and no results. I have called into the office 3 seperate times now multiple days in between and every single time the receptionists are extremely unprofessional. The last one I spoke to named Alma tells me they don't have the results and the other two said they would send them last week. Their responses have changed multiple times. I will let everyone I know not to come here and I am reporting to the state medical board.

The second MRI showed another pinched nerve so here we go another surgery, 2 weeks later I had a lump on my back and it was a puss pocket . I went to the ER Deer Valley where I sat from Saturday till Tuesday they did clean out surgery. 8 months later I have no use of my right arm and my left arm can't pick anything up .I can't work anymore and everyday is a struggle. I'm worse then I ever was, I'm crippled and it sucks. They don't take my Ins anymore. He told me he see's does surgery on someone there his patient for life, well I can't tell he has not seen me since March 2025 he never sent me to physical therapy. He is a miracle worker. He is kind, calm, takes him time, knows what he is doing and cares about his patients. He did my surgery three weeks later. In a one hour surgery, he took my quality of life from a 2 to a 10. He is very responsive in returning calls, as is his staff. I have had three major knee surgeries within the last four years. My experience with Dr Murphy and his staff was hands down the easiest and, by far, the very best. If I ever have another spinal issue, I will travel to wherever he is operating.

That says a lot when your peers recognize and respect the standard of care you provide. His compassionate approach is what I will always remember for. It is very hard to find a Dr who will take the time to actually LISTEN and HEAR what the patient is saying. His office is clean and modern. He is clearly personally invested in his practice and everything about it reflects his high standards and personal commitment to each of his patients. As well as the staff. They all mean the world to me. They saved my life (more than once) in so many ways. Not just with my health, but the emotional overcoming of what I experienced. They have ALL (from front desk to MA's, to PA's, NP's, Surgeon's, Office Manager, etc.) touched my life and my family's life. I am a 36 year old wife with four beautiful children. My two oldest (daughter & son) are old enough to remember the "me" I was before all the surgeries and hospital stays. Which I spent more time in the hospital than I did at home. The older two children can remember every moment of every scary experience. Even one's that I myself am unable to remember. But my two littles, (daughters), don't remember the days that mama was able to hold them and sing to them, and do any & EVERYTHING with them. They don't know their mom who wasn't sick. But they are all four just amazing human beings. My husband had to go from being the fun dad to being the "do it all" daddy. And he's been wonderful about it. I still need to have a few more procedures and haven't been doing well lately. And there is not another surgical office that I would trust with my life, than this office. I'm a high-risk patient, and Dr. McClary is my most trusted surgeon and human being in general for my complications. But I have had the pleasure of seeing all the physicians within this practice. Appointment goes OK - DOCTOR IS GREAT. Incomplete orders to medical facility. No pain meds @ Rx - another follow-up. Another call to schedule follow-up appointment - forgot to schedule. Unsure if this is "in play" here, but more and more medical practices are nothing more than shells macerating for some conglomerate. Doctors are employees without any ownership or oversight for the staff. Staff turnover is horrific with least cost apparent. There is a valley urology multi-location practice than worse than this. LOL I've been here several times now, for blood work, ECG, et cetera. And like their Scottsdale Family Clinic on Thunderbird , it is staffed by mostly nurse practitioners, who have worked and earned a Masters Degree or better in medicine. All my experiences have been positive and I have found everyone to be very professional. The only drawback so far has been been Mother Mayo's adjusting of local employee schedules and thus creating odd hours for availability of tests and minor procedures. But what I like most, is their shifting away from their practice of automatically scheduling you and now actually reaching out first, before penciling you in at a inconvenient time. Thank the Lord!
