Mr. Guzman inspected my Guitar and advised me that the Guitar was in good condition but the "Bridge" had a slight separation and would have to be repaired soon. He called over a Colleague who confirmed the assessment. Both showed me exactly where the bridge separation was located! Mr. Guzman gave me a recommendation of a business that could repair the Guitar! Instead of a full restring I asked to replace the one that was broken. Mr Guzman did a great job and retuned my Guitar. Great Customer Service, Expert free assessment of my Guitar! I highly recommend this business. My family financed a flute from this company and for 3 years I never had a problem with my payments. When it came to MY LAST PAYMENT I needed a few days extension (due to an unforseen expense) and the company couldn't do that. There was only one card I could use for the payment and that resulted in me incurring an overdraft fee. Even though I have not work for 1 year I still made my payments on time and there was nothing that customer service could do for me. I had never asked for an extension the entire time I had "a contract" with them. When you call customer service it takes 30 mins - 3+ hours for a representative to pick up the call. When I called about getting an extension I had 2 representatives disconnect my call. DO NOT DO ANY FINANCING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

The downright best luthier/repair artist I've ever had. He's usually got a bit of a backlog (I…read moremean, the secret is out at this point) but it's worth every week you need to wait. Other's have already said it, I'm just here to concur. Jon always goes above and beyond. Had an 80's explorer that needed an overhaul on the neck and a refret job, as well as wiring replaced for some new pickups. He did it all and threw in some new switches and tuners for free b/c he noticed the old ones were jank. Next time I took my new 7 string to get the guts removed and install some BareKnuckles, which he needed to carve some space in the body in order for them to fit (you'd never know, it looks like it was built for them) and then custom rigged the pickups to make use of the push/pull tone knob to use the previous pickup's passive battery as a gain boost, a la tubescreamer, but built right into the guitar itself! Cannot recommend Jon enough.
