I am writing this review to publicly expose the shocking, toxic, and entirely unprofessional environment within this company--specifically under the disastrous leadership of manager Samantha T. Her work ethic, management style, and overall mannerisms toward her employees are completely unacceptable and require an immediate, top-down corporate investigation by upper management and the CEO. Samantha T. operates on a system of toxic leadership, adversarial behavior, and purely punitive management. She consistently subjects her staff to disproportionate scrutiny that actively hinders workflow efficiency, stifles individual autonomy, and crushes employee morale. Rather than building a collaborative team, she goes out of her way to foster a highly siloed, factionalized environment that completely undermines team cohesion. Her cruelty and lack of basic human empathy are deeply disturbing. A horrific example of this occurred when my mother was on the verge of passing away. When my sister desperately explained the medical emergency and asked for permission to leave, Samantha T. callously denied the request. She explicitly threatened that if my sister left to be with her dying mother, she would be formally written up. Samantha T. routinely weaponized write-ups and termination threats as a means of psychological intimidation, frequently sending my sister home crying hysterically from the sheer distress and hostile treatment. Furthermore, Samantha T. runs her department based on blatant favoritism rather than objective performance. She has a favored employee named Jenny, who spends the vast majority of her time huddled in Samantha's office, completely detached from actual production, while the rest of the overworked staff picks up the slack. The corporate office and ownership clearly do not care about how this facility is being run, completely ignoring the structural liability Samantha T. creates. The operational rot is proven by the numbers: the employee turnover rate in her specific department is an absolute catastrophe. From what has been documented, nearly 200 people have either quit or been let go due to this hostile work environment. This goes beyond poor management--this is systemic workplace harassment and a blatant violation of a safe workplace environment. If the CEO and corporate executives do not immediately launch an internal investigation into Samantha T. and remove her from her position, formal complaints will be escalated externally to both the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and OSHA for hostile work conditions and labor violations. My Wife and I had appts on 8/29/23 for 8am the staff at the desk greeted us with smiles and saying good morning then processed us in for check-in for our appts.that process was easy.then we were called in for our appts both of us were greeted with smiles as the nurse assistants took us thru the process prior to seeing our dr. So far we were very happy.then the dr came in both of us had different drs we discussed everything health wise and everything went great way beyond expectations. From beginning to end of our appts it was a great experience. As we were exciting they even said good bye have a great day. I had a great visit at ALLCARE IPA this week. The office is very clean and welcoming from the time you enter. EVERY person I dealt with was so friendly. They each introduced herself to me, explained what they were going to do, and were fun to visit with. The atmosphere was very calm and they made me feel very relaxed. I can't recall her name, but the woman who went over all my information and then called me with the results from the blood work was so very kind and easy to talk with. Friendly, efficient, clean & fresh, and professional. Went there today for my annual review. Great Medical insurance provider. My only complaint is I am across the line on my blood sugar levels and would like a continuous glucose monitor to see positive or negative results of my diet and exercise. Because I'm not on diabetes medication I don't qualify according to my primary physician. I'm trying to prevent becoming a full blown diabetic. Absolutely a great facility. All staff are professional, and service with a smile. I do not feel rushed. They are all truly amazing. The wait is no more than 5 minutes. They are thorough and very informative. I am normally a little nervous with doctor appointments but they are wonderful. I actually look forward to my annual visit. Treats and water, right in the waiting room , and the famous Blue Bags are always appreciated. The bags especially help with carrying our groceries in. I had my Moderna first vaccine on March 11, 2021at the AllCare office on Granger Ave. in Modesto. I arrived early and they were at lunch but was able to do the paperwork early and had my vaccination early also. They were all very courteous, professional and nice to everyone.
