Clients enter an inviting zen office space. It's peaceful and relaxing. The minimalist decor enhances the modern vibe. Dr. Anane is the owner and lead chiropractor here. He's personable and has years of experience. He also invests time and resources into innovation to bring his clients the best experience. I'm in IT and spend a lot of time pouring over my laptop. I also text a lot and don't always maintain perfect posture while doing so. I started encountering discomfort in my neck and decided to get it checked before it mushroomed into something more serious. That was the best decision ever! I waited in that teeny tiny room for over 50 minutes. I exited the room, found a person, and told the person I have been waiting in that tiny room for over 50, not 15 but FIVE ZERO minutes. They asked what room and what orthopedic medical professional, when I let them know, I was told that the orthopedic medical professional is in the room next to yours, you're next, please go back and wait. NO!! I will not wait In the teeny tiny room for another minute. If I can respect YOUR schedule, YOU respect MY schedule.

As visits continued, I noticed that the exact same adjustment technique appeared to be used on every single patient regardless of their specific injury or location of pain, which made me seriously question the quality of individualized care.
