She is so warm and caring. It was as though i had known her all my life! She made me feel so comfortable. I had gone there for 4 weeks for neck therapy. My last session was this week and i can honestly say I am pain free. Thanks to the expert care i received there. Also Jamila's assistant Wes is also very friendly and very capable of picking up the slack. What nice young man! They work you hard but its for your own good. The atmosphere is fantas5with the different mucic genres daily! They love to sing. Its very comical. Just don't get Jamila singing the theme from the love boat! Hilarious! Seriously, great people! With my last appointment they had me scheduled for the wrong office location, which I was only told two days before the appointment. Then a day before they rescheduled for the original date in the Bowie office. Then that same day in the early evening, they called again to say that they would not be available in the Bowie office. It was very frustrating to have this one appointment scheduled three times in the course of two days! The office definitely needs a new manager for scheduling.

He is very personable and knows what areas to work without you even having to tell him. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why he's doing it and will even fill you in about the equipment. The staff at the front desk are so nice and helpful and accommodated us at the last minute. You feel like you're going to see a physician that cares about you and a staff that cares about you.

Years…read more However, whether it was Covid or being absorbed into Luminis, they have become busy enough that good care only exists if you are lucky or very important. They are scheduling out anywhere from 2-6 weeks for appointments. Diagnoses for care are made at the scheduling level at times therefore restricting your care options. Calls for appointments, even recommended by a practice physician, require you to leave a message, so if you receive a call from scheduling TAKE it, and cancel everything including work to make whatever appointment they offer. This will provide your best opportunity for successful treatment. My first visit on this most recent issue was diagnosed based on X-rays and MRIs that were taken at least a year ago. 9 weeks later I still have no resolution to my questions or the pain that I experience on a daily basis. If you can find responsive care outside of this practice or any of its sister locations I highly recommend it at this point.

Gregory Morgan DPT is my physical therapist and in just two weeks I have more flexibility and less pain. Mr. Morgan and his staff are a credit to his employers NovaCare and Physiotherapy. A very well run office and caring therapists. Easy access to place from Route 50 or off Belair Drive in Bowie. Shoulders are very hard to rehab do to their intricate muscles, rotator cuff and joint. I'm very pleased with my treatment and progress in such a short period of time from my surgery.

She wants to do injections, all the time. I told her they havent helped with my pain of over 40 yrs. She still is pushing for me to get them. Im not impressed with the room they give injections at all. I have been to the Bowie location a few times this year for two different injuries. I see Dr. Mustafa and find him to be pleasant and thorough, and he has a great bedside manner. As far as the wait time, it can be a little long sometimes. TIP - come on Fridays if you can. But then again it depends on which doctor you are seeing as they rotate between the different offices I believe. I also use the physical therapy services at Capital Orthopaedics in Bowie. Let's face it - when you're injured and trying to rehab there is going to pain sometimes. The exercises were explained to me in detail and also demonstrated. If I do something that seems to cause more pain than good I speak up. The exercise is either modified or taken out of the routine. My therapist, Cary, and his assistant, Danny, are awesome and they along with the receptionist (Debbie) offer lively conversation which makes it kinda fun :)
