I had rotator cuff surgery. It went well. The problem is the physical therapy. I had already been in PT prior to having surgery and didn't have many of my 30 available sessions remaining. I called my insurance company and they were very specific with me that I could get more sessions however my doctor must call a special number to request more visits. I contacted his office and they said NO, they do not talk to insurance companies and that my PT place simply had to send in a new order. I tried it. It didn't work. Talked to insurance again and they said Doc must call. Made an appointment. paid to go see him. explained the situation. he said he would call. after a week insurance says he hasn't called so I email him and receive response from an office person who tells me that they will not call insurance. So here I sit. Having racked up THOUSANDS of dollars in PT expenses I cannot afford to go anymore. My shoulder is not healed. I am still in pain. My doctor's office won't make one phone call for me. My insurance company will not approve more PT until they talk to doctor. And on I go. Looks like my surgery was a waste of time and loads of money as I cant go back to PT to complete my rehab unless I rob a bank. Health "Care" in this country is broken.

On 5/24 , I came to the location for tax payers service as posted on the door walk in are accepted . I arrived before the 430 pm closure time The building is not conducive to tax payers with handicapped or special needs regarding bathroom issue persons. It also has very unaffordable parking that needs to be adjusted to prevent citizen from feeling discriminated against due to lack of finances the parking should not be this expensive on a government building. This public building bathrooms for use are very far at this building its all the way on the other side of another building this is clearly a problem for someone who has any kind of disability or issues regarding undoing the rest room. Security was a witness I arrived prior and needed to go to the bathroom in an emergency, which would make anyone feel self conscious. At first the employee Mr Forman seemed a little taken when I got back from the bathroom and knocked on the door He stated in a serious tone it was 430 pm and past business hours. However when I informed him I had already been here but had to use the distant restroom and come back to the office he was very understanding and open the door.
