I found Quality Touch PT after having a mediocre experience at another local PT office. I'm SO glad to have found Dr. Qualls as she's been an invaluable resource as we head into our first baby's birth! I've been taking pelvic floor PT classes since my second trimester and I truly believe that her support and knowledge has contributed to a smooth pregnancy. We also took her push prep class which was so incredibly informative! She's always open for questions and quick to respond if anything comes up between our sessions. You can tell she's truly passionate about helping others. I highly recommend Quality Touch PT and Dr. Qualls! read more

Dr. Qualls at QTP has been extremely successful at helping me to repair my long term chronic pelvic issues. She provides education by explaining what and why she is doing during therapy throughout the entire process and is very professional. She is a very thorough provider and I am grateful that I was able to obtain her services. I am confident that by the end of my treatment I will not suffer from years of painful chronic pelvic pain. I have only had 3 face to face sessions and I feel better than I have in years. She provided me with relaxation techniques, exercises, and other education that I use in between our sessions. The in home sessions are personal and comfortable especially during COVID. Dr. Qualls is taking all the necessary CDC steps like wearing a mask, using gloves, hand washing to safely work with patients during this time. I would definitely recommend using this provider. I was referred to Dr. Qualls by my urologist NP. I really can't say enough positive things about her. She really cares about her patients and their well being. She takes her time and explains everything that will be done. She asks for permission and makes sure you are comfortable before any physical touch and therapy. I felt like for the first time ever someone was actually listening to me in regards to the pain I have been experiencing for almost 5 years now. It's a shame that more doctors don't recommend pelvic therapy. It is worth the investment and Dr. Qualls is someone I would highly recommend! read more

Dr. Qualls was great! This was my first pregnancy and I wanted a doula in case my mother who resides out of state would not be able to arrive in time. This was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Qualls provided excellent insight and information preparing for labor and delivery. Once in the delivery room, I leaned heavily on Dr. Qualls every word, which helped tremendously because I was delirious. You have to have someone you TRUST in the delivery room with you and Dr. Qualls was that for me. During my postpartum, Dr. Qualls checked in with me not only regarding my physical condition but my mental state as well. I can not thank her enough. I highly recommend her services to anyone, especially if this is your first time receiving doula services read more

Dr. Qualls was a godsend for us. Her advocacy, education, support, and care were exactly what we needed to make it through a rocky 50 HOUR birth experience. Not all professionals are supportive of doulas and even in an unfortunately hostile environment, I always felt that my best interest was put first and it never changed the level of care she had for not just me but my husband as well. We had a transfer from a birth center where we could have been better cared for, and I was not doing well. When other staff failed to provide quality care Dr. Qualls went above and beyond to make me physically comfortable and empower me. I am grateful my care improved when transferring to the hospital but by day 2 I had starting feeling bad about how long it was taking and offered to let her go home. Dr. Qualls was determined that she was not leaving us and moved around her daytime schedule to make sure she was there for us. She was flexible, went above and beyond to support us giving of her time energy, and resources to make sure we felt seen, heard, and cared for. Her bedside manner was unmatched, and her PT knowledge is invaluable its like a double bonus having her as a doula. I would highly recommend her and I hope she's available for future births. My husband and I loved her and we have high expectations for anyone we work work with. She feels like part of our family now and are so thankful she helped usher our baby girl into this world. We cannot thank you enough for being there for us, helping me with stretches, exercise, mental health check-ins, comfort measures, you name, it she is a wealth of knowledge and worth her weight in gold! Her communication and follow through is top notch and she is prepared to navigate the complexities of any birth setting you choose. Thank you for being a blessing to my family! I hope all is well!! read more

For about 13 years, I experienced constant dull, achy pain in my back. I often ignored it and considered that to be my normal. The issues in my back more recently started to cause hip and pelvic floor pain/discomfort. I decided that it was time to address all three of those issues because the pain started getting worse and decreasing my quality of life. Dr. Qualls provided excellent care by using manual therapy techniques and making wonderful recommendations for tools and exercises for me to do at home. She was very patient with me and flexible with addressing whichever area of my body was the most problematic at each visit. After a few weeks of physical therapy, my pain (even the back pain I experienced for almost half of my life) had completely subsided. I have always been interested in yoga, but it wasn't until after completing physical therapy I have been able to deepen my practice and get into poses I wouldn't dream of doing before. Thanks to Dr. Qualls at Quality Touch Physical Therapy I am able to feel good and do the things I love! read more

Working with Dr. Qualls at Quality Touch Therapy and Wellness has been phenomenal. I came to her clinic not really having any knowledge of what pelvic floor PT was or even what to expect. Dr. Qualls helped me in understanding what pelvic PT is and how every exercise I did aided in resolving my pelvic pain. It's like any other physical therapy except you're working on stretching the muscles of your pelvic floor. I no longer have much, if any pain in my pelvic floor anymore and I am grateful that I chose to do PT with Dr. Qualls. Before I did therapy, I thought there was nothing I could do to ease or get rid of the pain I was experiencing. It got to a point where it was negatively affecting my intimate relationships. Now I know that the pain I was experiencing since my early twenties was not normal and could be fixed thanks to Dr. Qualls and her extensive knowledge and caring energy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to address pelvic floor dysfunction. read more
