Adam Q. came tonight within 30 minutes for an emergency Pluming fiasco. The sink next to my washing machine in my basement was FULL of smelly sewer water and floating feces and paper etc. It was horrific! I called All Week as I have their magnet on my fridge, and they answered immediately. Ozzy called me back and told me to expect Adam Q. "within an hour" to my surprise Adam arrived 15 minutes after that call. He assessed the problem immediately and began to fix the issue. It was a tree root problem and he used a 60 foot snake thing attached to a drill and within 20 minutes the whole thing was fixed. He was so polite and efficient I HIGHLY recommend Adam and All Week. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT I called All Week to replace a hot water storage tank that was leaking. I made it clear that it was important to replace it asap because there were several families with small children. They gave me a price and came out and began removing the old tank. They had five guys but couldn't remove the old tank because it was too heavy. They brought in an outside crew that found out they had not emptied the tank. The new crew got it out. All Week's crew then installed a new tank only to find out it was the wrong tank and had to take it out. After four days without hot water I had to rent two hotel rooms so my tenants could take baths. They finally got another tank which they incorrectly piped. Unfortunately, We had an extremely bad experience with this company. We had them come assess our HVAC system prior to the start of the summer season. We had just moved into this house a few month prior and wanted to make sure the AC was in working order for the hot summer ahead. The contractor took 5min looking at the system and stated it's too old and we need a new HVAC. He ran no diagnostic test, gave us no feed back on what needs repair. He charged $150 for this eyeball assessment. I called to request a refund. The customer service was horrible. They said if the HVAC is older than 20 yo, then entire replacement is always needed. If I knew that was their policy I would have never called for an assessment. They refused to refund the money. We had another contractor come to evaluate our HVAC and he found no major problems. It's been keeping our new home cool all summer! Please beware that if you have an old HVAC system they will not take the time to do any work on your system, they will just take your money for a new one. read more

All Week plumbing is definitely the best that you can ever call. First of all they come the same day and this guy came within 90 minutes of me calling which was a real blessing because the water was bursting all over the room of the shower because the pipe burst. My other half had to go down to the basement and shut the main wayer valve because we couldn't get it to stop squirting out of the wall and what happens is from the cold sometimes pipes burst in old houses and the house is 70 years old, yet the room is only 30 years old (add on).Their technician Ronnie came and said this is a big job because the pipes really burst but even though he was here a little over 3 hours he worked straight through and didn't take a minute to stop cause he knew I was upset that the whole shower didn't work. I would have been fine if they had to come back and finish the next day since it was getting late at night but the guy said, nonI'll do it right now. Also 6 months ago a guy named Alex was here and he came the same day I called also because this company has a secretary that answers the phone 24/7. When Alex came he had to pull out an old sink that was only leaking a little bit in the back but then when he took it out of the wall it was all wet behind the wall and the pipes were disgusting and I remember that my father had that bathroom built when I was only 9 years old and I replaced the sink only 4 years ago but the pipes in the wall Were 50 years old and that's what was damaged. Anyway, at the time Alex fixed the whole thing and we got a whole new sink with new pipes and he did a great job and now it never leaks and you can't even tell that he broke the wall apart. He fixed it so well that you can't even see it was damaged and on the outside where the pipe shows (because I don't have a vanity) in the downstairs den bathroom he put all sniny new pipes on the outside too so it's nice and shiny looking. These people are great and they always answer the phone and you always get a plumber and a friend of mine used them for something with heating and she had good luck as well. They sent someone to install a $5 flapper in a toilet for nearly $300. it took five minutes. A week later the toilet ran for hours. He looked at another toilet that had overflowed and said it was now fine. Days later it overflowed. The boss said they would send someone for no charge to check his (bad) work on these two toilets. They later refused when I didn't want to pay over $1200 to buy and install a high end toilet. The dispatcher and boss both started yelling at me on the phone. CROOKS! Absolute crooks! We had a 4 ton AC unit installed from them in 2017. It worked perfectly, the temperature would go as low as we set it. It would be freezing in the house if we let it. Last year, the temperature wouldn't go below 68 degrees so I called and they sent somebody out only to say that nothing was wrong. About 2 weeks ago it started blowing hot air and the inside temp was 80. I immediately called. They sent somebody out and within 5 minutes they determined that the capacitor was shot b/c of the heat. The tech replaces it and the air is now blowing cold air again. I give him a check for 527$! Two hours later, the temp isn't going below 73. I call again and the same tech tells me that he's coming back tomorrow with the correct capacitor and that he installed the current one so that at least we have cool air for the night. He never mentioned to me he was coming back. The next day he comes and installs the correct piece. Now the air is working better but still not going below 70. I call again! The tech gives me a hard time to come out and troubleshoot the problem. He tells me that he will come but never shows up. I call him to see about his whereabouts but he hangs up on me and shuts his phone off. I'm told because I have a 10 year manufacturer warranty, I will be fully reimbursed. Yesterday I received a check for only 113$ I call and ask to speak to a manager. The manager calls me back and is immediately nasty, I ask him about the check and he tells me the difference of 414$ is for the labor! How on earth is this possible? I understand you have to charge hourly labor costs even if the work is completed in 5 minutes. But 414$....See you in court read more

This company is AMAZING. My AC broke down in the middle of summer, and I didn't know what to do!!!!!!!! So I called them and they came and repaired my AC asap. It was super helpful and I didn't so much as break a sweat since then! They were so fast and helpful. They also fixed all of my broken pipes!!! (I had a lot of them). After staying home all afternoon, speaking with four of their employees on the phone, and still not receiving the service I ordered, I'd recommend against dealing with them. After missing their appointment window (they called with 7 minutes remaining in the window to say they had a flat tire but refused to give an updated ETA), their serviceman didn't contact us. When I called hours later, I discovered that their serviceman showed up, talked to our neighbors, claimed to have serviced our outdoor air conditioning unit, and never knocked on our door to do the two other things we had asked for (furnace service and unclogging a drain). In the end, I can't tell what they did and didn't do. But they didn't do what I asked for and they wasted my afternoon. read more

Please people dont even think calling this company. They will rip you off. The reason they have five stars on their reviews are because they are asking the customers to give them 5 stars review right after the job is done which you dont know what will happen the next day. In my case I did not, the next day my ac stop working again. The technicians looks likes not licence to do the job because they dont know whats realy wrong with my a/c and ended up replacing the whole unit insted of replacing just the condenser fan and capacitor. The technicians also did a lousy/sloppy work. They leave open wire and did not center the ac unit into the concrete base. So guys the 5 stars you read are the customer that gives their reviews right away after the job done, but do not know what will happened the next day or two. I called because I had a leak coming from my water softener. "Adam Q" arrived 2 hours late. After examining the situation, he turns around and says $370 to fix, maybe. What he meant by that was, it'll cost me $370 for him to attempt to fix the leak. And if he can't, I would need to get a new water softener system and still be out $370. He showed me the leaking gasket. I asked if he could replace the gasket, he said no. He said they don't sell the replacement gaskets. I quickly looked online and found that the manufacturer, in fact, does sell the replacement gasket. He told me to buy the piece so he can install it FOR $370. So in the end, I told him that I don't want it fixed and I had the pleasure of paying $138 for a service call. He didn't help at all. Communication skills were horrible. In the end, I felt that he could have done more damage than good if I allowed him to "attempt" to fix the leak. Avoid this company if at all possible. read more

The only plus they came out asap. There must be a reason for that since every other HVAC company was backed up for at least a week. You will pay a 50% premium which is absurd. First over the phone I was quoted $150 for the 1st pound of freon, $95 for each additional. Tech shows up says I need 6pounds at $195 a pound. I tell him thats not was I quoted over the phone and he says I have a "different" type and its more expensive. He says $1170 for him to load it up. I call another company just to make sure I am not getting ripped off, they said $120 per pound. I called a 3rd company they said $50 per pound plus labor! I called about my central AC not blowing cold air and they were quick to come out. The technician told me the system needed to be cleaned out and I needed more freon. They quoted me $850 to do the work and he did it. After that was completed he told me I had a freon leak, I had to replace the entire system and it would cost upwards of $8500. After speaking with another HVAC company for a second quote, they told me that the freon leak should have been obvious as soon as he checked the system's pressure and before he began any work. The final quote All Week gave me to replace my system was nearly $15k. I got a second and third opinion for the same job from reputable companies and both quoted the same repair for half as much. Also, the recommendations and hardware All Week quoted were grossly inaccurate. They quoted me a 4 ton unit for a 2k square foot home, which should require at most a 2.5 ton unit. Agreed on one price, then after the job was done, they had the nerve to call me at my job, asking for more money, after I had already signed the agreement. He agreed to waive the disposal fee on our HVAC unit, then wanted to charge me $500 more after the job was done, for the disposal. My heating system works perfectly fine, but the the Low Water Cut-off needed to be replaced since the water wasn't draining. So i called these guys up and the lady on the phone said that a person would come between 8-10 and he arrived just before 10. So far so good. After he checked the LWCO, he recommend, it needs to be replaced and he said its $1200 + taxes. I then called up the company to check on why it was $1200. I spoke to this guy called OZZY and simply asked him for the break up on why it is $1200, he started yelling at me saying there is no break up and this is how they do their business. I researched and the low Water Cut-off costs around $210. The final total came to $1284 with taxes. So basically they charged me over $1000 for their services. When I began to question the "boss" about why it cost so much and whether the work was really really necessary, he was very unprofessional, calling me vulgar names and basically threatening to have his guys break my AC if I didn't pay. I am very happy with this company because they fixed a problem with backed-up drains. Joe, specifically, did a great job! It expensive, yes, but the problem was taken care of & I am very happy. We had originally gotten a quote around the same price, so I knew that Joe was on target & was not out of line. When I first called, the two people I talked to were very nice on the phone. I was told $125 just to come out. I would be given a quote before any work was started. If I agreed to the price, then I would just pay that price, & not the $125 on top of it. If I refused the quote, then I would just pay the $125 for coming out. (I clearly agreed to the price.) And, I was guaranteed, once the quote was set, it didn't matter how long it took, they would stick to that price & get the job done. To make a long story short, Joe was GREAT! He had the right tools, was very knowledgable & was very nice. He took care of the clog & I felt so happy! I will definitely be keeping Joe & All Week Plumbing in mind for the future! read more

People- read the reviews. They are all true. All week came to check out an ac unit that wasn't working. Turned out that the thin electrical line was cut by the unit. 15 minutes- almost 500$ - and a half assed repair job later it was fixed. Left with exposed wires with a just twisted the two wires back together. It's pretty embarrassing to have all these reviews that are all true. You got the one start because I couldn't leave zero. I spoke to many ac people after the fact and was told that we got ripped off big time. Only good thing is that the Ac works for now. How long? Who knows with the exposed wiring . You guys could have at least electrical taped it to keep the connections from getting wet. This job should have been a maximum of 250$ . We got our AC fixed from them yesterday. I'm a repeat customer, as we got our furnace replaced from them after a friend referred them to us some years ago. The girls over the phone are always courteous and helpful. They gave us an appt window b/w 2 pm -5 pm. Much to my delight, Alex Q and Musa called and arrived much earlier, a little before 11 am. They diagnosed the unit needed Freon after checking got leaks and power washed our outside unit and replaced the filter. When the upstairs wasn't cooling as fast as the downstairs, the more experienced Alex R was called in, who arrived, troubleshot things, was so polite and courteous in communications and did not leave till he was sure the problem was fixed. Some hours later, I was still concerned about the upstairs floor being hot, and called the company in the late eve, Joe called me back and reassured me the upstairs may take several hours but to call them back first thing in the morning if there are any problems. Sure enough, the temp was at the set temp by the early am and all levels of the house were cool,...but Alex R called me on his own to make sure everything was up and running. So good diagnostics, trouble shooting, and excellent communication skills. Will definitely use them again if need be, and recommend them cuz they will make sure the job is done and their customer is satisfied. read more

I hired them to replace a small drain pipe for my bathtub with a quoted price of $700. Thanks to a referral, I was promised an additional $50 discount. So, for you math majors out there, that would be $650. When the job was done, I was charged $750, a hundred bucks more than I was originally quoted. After calling to complain, All Week said that the plumber, Abe, said that I requested more work to be done and that nothing could be done about increased charge. Absolute BS. So not only was I charged more than I was originally quoted, I never got the promised discount, and the plumber lied about the work done. Stay far far away from this wretched place. read more

Do NOT use this company! I called them to repair my AC unit. A technician responded within an hour and within 5 minutes he told me I needed a new AC compressor and coil. Without hesitation he quoted me a price of $6500 ( which is about double the going rate). When I wasn't going for that he said he could recharge the refrigerant and it might work. They charged me over $800 to put refrigerant in the line! Took him 10 minutes! The AC worked for about 5 hours after he left! I called another company the next day. The tech told me all I needed was a new capacitor. He changed it and charged me $150 total for parts and service. I called All Week plumbing to tell them there tech misdiagnosed the issue and overcharged, to which they agreed to refund me the amount I paid the the other company. It's been a month, no refund yet. Ditto to the review above. We had our water heater break and they came by, replaced it and the technicians were very polite. Then it wasn't working (same night); same technician came by, thought he fixed it and swore that they'd take care of it. The next day - still not working. I called the company and 1) Waited for 3 hours for a call back and 2) was told, by the manager that "it is out of my hands; no one told you to take off from work; it is the manufacturer's problem and they will come by when they can." When I suggested they come back and install another one he refused and again said it was not his problem; he is just an installer. We paid a LOT more than needed to make sure this was taken care of immediately (Sunday), rather than call our contractor to just pick a heater up at Home Depot (which I suggest you do if you have a good contractor/plumber and time). When I said that, the manager said "are we arguing price? If you wanted a better price, you should have called your contractor; clearly he wasn't there for you." The only positive note - other than the actual technicians - is that they did show up immediately. Which was useful as our heater was leaking into our downstairs neighbors' apartment. Had an inspection for other reasons and the inspector said they installed it wrong and it wouldn't pass inspection. Called them up about the minor changes needed and the quoted me $600 for a fix they should have done upon installation. Then the owner tells me that he never installed the tank in the first place.
