The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

I have started working with Summit Exteriors to fix my house, which was affected by hail damage…read more They began replacing the roof and received the insurance check (for the complete house repairs), but now they are not responding to my requests to fix the rest of the damages in my house (siding, windows, and garage door). After they received the check from insurance, they have been ghosting me. Called and left messages several times, sometimes they sent a message saying that production will contact me, but it never happened. Updated on 2026-01-27 I am still waiting for the door garage, siding and window replacement to be completed (see pictures), they completed only the roof and gutter replacement. The Summit Exterior is currently holding my remaining balance for these services, and they agreed to return this balance to me so I can hire another contractor to finish the remaining work. This agreement was made on November 17, 2025, with the general manager (Alex) and the owner of Summit Exterior (Andrew). As of today, I am still waiting to receive the check. Their justification is that they need to complete another project before they can release my money. Until I receive the remaining balance, I cannot consider the case closed with Summit or proceed with completing the project. Updated on 2026-05-14 I have finally completed the repair of the hail damage to my house after almost two years--definitely NOT thanks to Summit. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work and pay out of pocket, since the remaining insurance funds are still being held by Summit. I am currently consulting with an attorney to explore the possibility of taking legal action to recover my money. Summit keeps promising a refund, but they have failed to follow through. I am extremely frustrated and tired of dealing with this company. To anyone considering hiring Summit--please think twice before doing business with them. I have heard from several others who read my review and shared similar negative experiences. My recommendation: avoid this company. Updated on 2026-09-25 I am still waiting for a refund of the remaining balance. Summit keeps promising the refund, but they continuously fail to follow through. On a weekly basis, I try to contact Andrew, who is supposed to be the owner, but he fails to respond. Occasionally, he replies with more promises, but the refund never arrives.

You left me waiting without notification so that's already contradictory to what you value. Management then chose not to continue to work with me because they felt the tone and nature of response was not acceptable after an apology The truth is...No one called to apologize or acknowledge the no show until after I called. You can't expect to gain respect if you don't give it. Although you had an emergency at 7am (our scheduled appt was 10am), it doesn't take more than 5 sec to send a quick message to cancel. You had 3 hours to cancel an appt you couldn't make. So it is for the same reason that I prefer not to work with your company. I also value respect and clear communication which did not occur with your tone and lack of accountability in how you handled the matter. Hopefully this feedback will help future prospective clients.
