He assured me he'd be out within the next 2 days. Half way through the second day, he hadn't shown up, so I texted him again. He called me and told me it would have to be another day. Half way through the second day of waiting for him, I tried to call him. His voicemail was full, so I texted him to forget it, I found someone else to do the job. He texted back that he had tried to call me to earlier to show up that day - which was an obvious lie - because he would have left a message, or my phone would have noted that I had a missed call (which it didn't). Because I trusted and waited for this loser, it became too late in the season, and now the gutters which are jam packed with leaves will have to get through the snowy winter.

There was a communications failure ( probably me). The crew arrived without a sufficiently tall ladder for one side of the house. They did a great job and promised to return another day with the appropriate ladder. They returned, just as promised and I don't think our gutters have ever been cleaner. Thanks, guys.
