My house closed late and last minute and needed something quick and didn't have many options - never again...My 5k bedroom set completely destroyed beyond repair and Raymour and Flanagan has to replace the entire thing including the bed and dresser. Thank god I have insurance. My brand new kitchen table scratched and gouged. My children's beds screws were put in too tightly and the frames are cracked in addition to the scratches on everything. My aunts Hope cheat (who just died) smashed and broken. To top all of this off, they didn't say a word to me about the bedroom set, the chest they said it was rotted (it is absolutely not). They left large items at the first house, showed up late, weren't finished until almost 6 after saying this would be a 6 hour job (took them 8.5 and they didn't even get everything). They complained the whole time. The woman sat her sweaty body in my son's nursery recliner and upon approaching her laughed, said I caught her sleeping, and didn't move. Completely unprofessional, rude, liars, and nasty. Spoke ill of people we mutually knew and told me about all of the open court cases she had going on after they had already moved my things. After addressing the items left behind through messages, she was rotten and nasty about how tired they were among other things. After the back and forth I stopped responding to her because I no longer felt comfortable being around her for fear she would attack me or do something else. If I could leave negative stars I would. If I could do it all again I would have NEVER went with this company and don't better due diligence. And instead of apologizing and owning up to what they did, they argued with me and said my items were already broken and damaged. I said I would pay the remaining balance after the items were fixed and she said that wasn't happening and squared me up. I'm not here to argue with a grown woman with my children in my home and make them afraid or have myself or them get hurt. I just want to share my experience so others are aware especially people who they think they can take advantage of, like single moms.

Fast forward to 8:21am, day of, and the office calls to cancel. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service. They are priced about the same as other cleaners in the area (I shopped around when I was looking). They are friendly, flexible and do a great job cleaning. Annie is great with any requests (Do you want them to only use your special non-toxic cleaning supplies that you bought at the International Space Station? Need to change days and times? No problem!) She always responds to texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. If there are ever any problems Annie makes sure to address them - just ask!

Half way through the one person job, another joined to help complete the work because of a scheduling issue (first cleaner had to get to her second job.) They were out in 2 hours and 25 minutes. Probably would have been 2 hours, as agreed upon, if first cleaner didn't have to spend so much time talking to you and 2nd cleaner wasn't out in the parking lot having a smoke. Annie sent an email complaining about all of her operating costs and attempting to charge us for 4 hours instead. WHAT? Simple math, Annie. Also an agreed upon rate! Since when do cleaners charge by the head - isn't that your job to assess how many people will be needed for the job when you agree to the rate? Messages for Annie: When you agree upon a rate, you can't just decide to change it after the fact. Customers don't care about your operating costs. Customers need to know ahead if you plan to charge per cleaner that shows up to help complete the job. We're all in Fairport, Annie. Seriously, mileage and travel expenses? Learn your business. Treat your customers as if you'd like to stay in business.

I hired KK Deep and Standard Cleaning last Thursday (based on one 5 star rating on Yelp) to clean a rental house I have in Rochester as my tenants are scheduled to move in last weekend. The cleaners were done in a bit less than 1.5 hours for a 4bedroom 1.5 bathroom house, which was faster than I had expected but my house was cleaned quite thoroughly by me already except for the kitchen and the full bathroom (which I had told KK) so I thought it was ok. KK sent me a few pictures and all look pretty good and I paid the $250 they asked, although the initial estimate they had given me was $150. Got a text message and a few pictures from my property manager this morning informing me that the house is not clean enough (dirty stove, dirty fridge and dirty shower) to be ready for the tenants. I texted and sent the pictures to KK. The owner did apologize initially for the poor job but told me she had to work all day and had to find somebody else to go to my house, knowing that their poor job had already messed up with the lease. I posted this poor factual review 1and half hour later without hearing back from her. She texted me 2 hours later said her cleaner will go to my house but then texted me a few minutes later that she would not send her cleaners to my house to clean the stove and fridge because I had written a bad review on Yelp. I told her I'd remove the bad review after her cleaners complete cleaning the dirty stove and fridge, but she refused to communicate further and hang up the phone when my property manager tried to call her.
