They did a great job cleaning the fridge and the bathroom. Unfortunately, we were told Chris did not allot enough time for everything to be done and they just left after 1.5 hours. A lot of standard cleaning like floor mopping weren't done. I contacted the company multiple times to ask when they would be back to complete the cleaning, but they've been completely unresponsive. I ended up hiring a different cleaning company to finish the job that they never completed. I feel really ripped off. I paid in advance trusting that they would keep their end of the bargain but they screwed me over.

I didn't notice until the following morning they had hit my car with that giant blue thing they lug around and it had pushed in my backup sensor. So now I get to hear a fun high pitched sound whenever I back up until it's fixed. I also noticed they had turned my basement breakers off and never turned them back on. My reptile room and incubator are in the basement as well. They're on timers so I didn't notice until I went to do cleaning and feedings. Thankfully they were ok. Accidents happen but they took zero responsibility when my husband called on Monday and basically called us liars. The cost to fix my sensor is more than what we were charged for the service, so I'd say they're not worth it.
