My daughter reported that Marion was efficient and thorough, along with being very pleasant. My daughter, a working mother and wife, keeps a nice house. My bathrooms (2 full and 1 small half) hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks, which I told her in our initial messages. Christen quoted me based on her advertisement and came to clean while everyone in my house was working except for my husband who works from his home office. Below pictured are the service she promised and the after pictures of just one of the bathrooms. Christen claimed that the bathrooms were "cluttered" and required "excessive buildup" removal. Pictured is the "clutter" normal counter items including the garbage water bottle that she failed to remove and all of my items pushed to one side of my double sink as well as the basic dust and normal hair/grime removal from a few weeks of not being able to clean. There were also used qtips that fell out of the trash can and other small garbage items left on the floor under my glass (see through) scale. The list could go on and on. The mirrors are completely streaked, etc etc. I am highly dissatisfied with this service and would not recommend.

You're required to be home if you have screens, they knew when I needed to leave, so the time frame had an endpoint.

They did a great job cleaning the fridge and the bathroom. Unfortunately, we were told Chris did not allot enough time for everything to be done and they just left after 1.5 hours. A lot of standard cleaning like floor mopping weren't done. I contacted the company multiple times to ask when they would be back to complete the cleaning, but they've been completely unresponsive. I ended up hiring a different cleaning company to finish the job that they never completed. I feel really ripped off. I paid in advance trusting that they would keep their end of the bargain but they screwed me over.

He said he couldn't meet until 10:00 because he had to bring his children to school. I agreed that 10:00 would work for me, as the site is 50 miles from my home. When I was 5 miles away from the site, a text message popped up from Cameron saying he had to cancel in order to take his dog to the vet. ... and would I send pictures so he could work up a quote? Needless to say, I was not happy or impressed. He clearly was never intending to come at all. The meeting was scheduled at 10:00 and Cameron texted me at 9:53 to cancel. If he was actually intending to come, he would have been at the site or at least very close when he sent the text. There was very little concern for the value of my time- two hours out of my day to travel there and back with nothing accomplished. I must also point out, my husband and I are small business owners (of twenty years) as well and raised four children during those years. I understand the priorities AND the predicament. Why not a call or quick text an hour, 45 minutes, or even 30 minutes prior? At least I might have believed he had intentions of showing up.
